| 为加强广东省国家二级保护植物厚叶木莲 Manglietia pachyphylla 物种保护, 在广东省陈禾洞省
级自然保护区设置 6 个 20 m×20 m 厚叶木莲群落样地进行植被调查, 计算物种多样性指数、 生态位宽度、
生态位重叠等指标, 分析厚叶木莲群落的物种多样性和生态位特征。 结果表明, (1) 在 2 400 m
2 样地中
有维管植物 53 科 86 属 143 种, 乔木层和灌木层中无优势种, 草本层的优势种为摆竹 Indosasa shibataeoides。 (2) 群落的 Shannon-Wiener 多样性指数为 4. 03, Simpson 优势度指数为 0. 05, Pielou 均匀度指数
为 0. 80, 物种分布较为均匀, 物种多样性较高。 (3) 厚叶木莲的生态位宽度最大, 为 5. 28, 表明厚叶木
莲对资源利用能力较强。 厚叶木莲与其他优势种的生态位重叠程度和生态位相似性较高, 表明厚叶木莲与
其他物种的竞争激烈。 调查未发现厚叶木莲小苗或幼树, 种群不能及时补充个体, 有衰退的趋势。 可采用
人工繁育、 迁地保护等措施, 实现对厚叶木莲种群的保护。 |

| To enhance the conservation of the Guangdong Province Nationally Second-Class Protected Plant
Manglietia pachyphylla, six 20 m × 20 m sample plots of M. pachyphylla community were established in the
Guangdong Chenhedong Provincial Nature Reserve for vegetation investigation. Species diversity indices, niche
width, niche overlap, and other metrics were calculated to analyze the species diversity and niche characteristics
of the community. The results showed that: (1) A total of 143 species of vascular plants, belonging to 86 genera and 53 families, were recorded in the 2 400 m
2
plots. There were no dominant species in the tree and shrub layers, whereas the herb layer was dominated by Indosasa shibataeoides. (2) The Shannon-Wiener diversity
index of the community was 4. 03, the Simpson dominance index was 0. 05, and the Pielou evenness index was
0. 80. The species distribution was relatively even, and the species diversity was high. (3) M. pachyphylla exhibited the largest niche width (5. 28), reflecting its strong resource utilization ability. The niche overlap and
niche similarity between M. pachyphylla and other dominant species were high, suggesting intense competition
between M. pachyphylla and other species. No seedlings or saplings of M. pachyphylla were found, indicating
that the population lacks timely recruitment and shows a tendency to decline. Measures such as artificial breeding
and ex-situ conservation can be adopted to protect the M. pachyphylla. |
