奇楠皮油沉香化学成分分析

摘要:
为探究奇楠皮油沉香的特有化学组成及其成分特征, 以 5 a 生的奇楠木树皮为原材料, 定点 火烧 30 s, 12 个月后采集所得皮油沉香为实验样品。 采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术 ( GC-MS) 对其挥 发性成分进行全面分析, 同时利用超高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术 ( UHPLC-MS) 重点检测其中 2 - (2-苯乙基) 色酮类 ( PECs) 化合物的组成。 结果表明, GC-MS 共鉴定出 47 个化合物, 包括 3 个 PECs、 22 个倍半萜类化合物、 12 个芳香族类化合物、 8 个脂肪族类化合物和 2 个单萜类化合物, 各分 组的相对 含 量 分 别 为 52. 08%、 29. 16%、 15. 33%、 2. 50% 和 0. 92%; UHPLC - MS 共 鉴 定 出 35 个 PECs, 分别为 2 个双 环 氧 2 - ( 2 - 苯 乙 基) 色 酮 ( DEPECs) , 1 个 单 环 氧 2 - ( 2 - 苯 乙 基) 色 酮 (EPECs) , 3 个四氢 2- (2-苯乙) 色酮 (THPECs) 和 29 个 flidersia 类型 2- (2-苯乙基) 色酮 ( FTPECs) , 且以 FTPECs 为主。 研究初步明确了奇楠皮油沉香的主要化学组成, 所得结果可为该香材的鉴 定与质量分析提供参考信息。

Chemical Composition Analysis of ""Qi-Nan"" Bark-agarwood

Abstract:
To investigate the distinctive chemical composition and characteristics of ""Qi-Nan"" bark-agarwood, bark from 5-year-old ""Qi-Nan"" trees was used as the raw material. After being locally fire-burned for 30 seconds, the resulting bark-agarwood was collected 12 months later and used as experimental samples. The volatile components were comprehensively analyzed using gas chromatography - mass spectrometry ( GC - MS), while ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS) was employed to specifically determine the composition of 2- (2-phenylethyl) chromones (PECs). The results showed that a total of 47 compounds were identified by GC-MS, including 3 PECs, 22 sesquiterpenoids, 12 aromatic compounds, 8 aliphatic compounds and 2 monoterpenoids, with relative contents of 52. 08%, 29. 16%, 15. 33%, 2. 50% and 0. 92%, respectively; a total of 35 PECs were identified by UHPLC-MS, which were 2 di-epoxy 2- (2- phenylethyl) chromones (DEPECs), 1 mono-epoxy 2- (2-phenylethyl) chromones (EPECs), 3 tetrahydro 2- (2-phenylethyl) chromones (THPECs), and 29 flidersia-type 2- (2-phenylethyl) chromones (FTPECs) respectively, and were dominated by FTPECs. The study preliminarily clarified the main chemical composition of ""Qi-Nan"" bark-agarwood, and the obtained results can provide reference information for the identification and quality analysis of this incense material.
