‘紫娟’ 与大花紫薇叶片形态及光合特性比较

摘要:
为探究大花紫薇 Lagerstroemia speciosa 新品种 ‘紫娟’ L. speciosa ""Zijuan"" 叶片形态与光合生理 特征, 以 3 a 生 ‘紫娟’ 和大花紫薇苗木为材料, 测定分析并比较二者的叶片形态特征、 叶绿素含量及光 合生理参数。 结果表明, ‘紫娟’ 叶长、 叶宽、 叶面积均小于大花紫薇, 但其叶绿素 a、 叶绿素 b、 叶绿 素 a / b 以及叶绿素总量均高于大花紫薇。 ‘紫娟’ 和大花紫薇净光合速率日变化均为单峰型, 峰值分别出 现在 12:00 时和 10:00 时。 ‘紫娟’ 光饱和点和光补偿点分别为 2 681. 736、 45. 253 μmol·m -2·s -1 , 大 花紫薇光饱和点和光补偿点分别为 2 294. 365、 28. 265 μmol·m -2·s -1 , ‘紫娟’ 具有较高的光饱和点和 光补偿点, 其光合同化能力较强, 适宜在光照充足环境中种植。

Comparison of Leaf and Photosynthetic Characteristics of the New Variety

Abstract:
To explore the leaf morphological and photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Lagerstroemia speciosa ""Zijuan"" , and provide a theoretical basis for its cultivation and application. The leaf characteristics, chlorophyll content, and photosynthetic parameters of 3 - year - old L. speciosa ""Zijuan "" and L. speciosa seedlings were assessed and analyzed. The results showed the leaf length, leaf width, and leaf area of L. speciosa ""Zijuan"" were lower than those of L. speciosa, and the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, and the chlorophyll a / b ratio of L. speciosa ""Zijuan"" were higher than those of L. speciosa. The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate (Pn ) for both L. speciosa ""Zijuan"" and L. speciosa exhibited a unimodal pattern, with peak values occurring at 12:00 and 10:00 respectively. L. speciosa ""Zijuan"" had a light satura-tion point of 2 681. 736 μmol·m -2·s -1 and a light compensation point of 45. 253 μmol·m -2·s -1 , whereas the L. speciosa had a light saturation point of 2 294. 365 μmol·m -2 ·s -1 and a light compensation point of 28. 265 μmol·m -2·s -1 . L. speciosa ""Zijuan"" exhibited higher light saturation point and a higher light compen-sation point compared to L. speciosa, indicating its stronger photosynthetic capacity and suitability for planting in environments with ample light.
