基于正交试验的铁包金扦插育苗研究

摘要:
为了选择铁包金 Berchemia lineata 扦插最佳生根处理, 以扦插基质 (A)、 插穗类型 (B)、 生 长调节剂种类 (C) 及生长调节剂浓度 (D) 为试验因素, 采用正交试验法对铁包金进行 4 因素 3 水平的 扦插繁育试验; 观察扦插后成活率、 平均不定根数、 平均不定根长、 平均新梢数量和平均新梢长度等指 标。 结果表明, 4 个因素对铁包金成活率的影响排序依次为扦插基质 (R = 0. 378 6)、 生长调节剂种类 (R = 0. 278 5)、 插穗类型 (R = 0. 173 2)、 生长调节剂浓度 (R = 0. 108 3)。 主体间效应的检验结果表明, 平 均不定根数主要受扦插基质和生长调节剂浓度的影响; 平均不定根长主要受生长调节剂种类和扦插基质 的影响; 平均新梢数量主要受扦插基质和插穗类型的影响; 平均新梢长度主要受生长调节剂浓度和插穗 类型的影响。 铁包金扦插最优试验组合为采用河沙为扦插基质, 使用 GGR 200 mg·L -1 对木质化的插穗 进行处理, 扦插成活率最高, 为 (88. 00%±0. 69%)。

Preliminary Study on Cutting Propagation for Berchemia lineata Based on Orthogonal Test

Abstract:
To study the effects of different factors and different levels on the rooting of Berchemia lineata cuttings, the cutting matrix (A), cutting type (B), growth regulators type (C) and growth regulator concentration (D) were used as experimental factors. The orthogonal test method was used to conduct a 4-factor and 3-level cutting propagation orthogonal test on B. lineata. The survival rate, average number of adventitious roots, average length of adventitious roots, average number of new shoots and average length of new shoots were observed. The results showed that the effects of 4 factors on the survival rate of B. lineata were ranked as follows: cutting matrix (R = 0. 378 6) >growth regulators type (R = 0. 278 5) >cutting type (R = 0. 173 2) > growth regulator concentration (R = 0. 108 3). The analysis of the inter-subject effect indicated that the average number of adventitious roots was mainly affected by the cutting matrix and growth regulator concentration. The average length of adventitious roots was mainly affected by growth regulators type and cutting matrix. The average number of new shoots was mainly affected by cutting matrix and cutting type. The average shoot length was mainly affected by growth regulator concentration and cutting type. The optimal combination for cutting test was to use river sand as cutting substrate, and GGR rooting solution of 200 mg·L -1 was used to treat lignified cuttings, and the survival rate of the cuttings was the highest, at 88. 00%±0. 69%.
