生长调节剂对自然低温下红海榄幼苗生理特性的影响∗

摘要:
为探究生长调节剂对冬季自然低温条件下红海榄 Rhizophora stylosa 幼苗生理特性的影响, 并 为其幼苗繁殖保育工作提供理论依据和指导, 研究以红海榄 2 个月实生苗为试验材料, 选择 6 -BA、 NAA、 GA3 、 IAA 共 4 种生长调节剂进行试验处理, 测定叶片光合色素、 丙二醛 (MDA) 和抗氧化酶活 性指标, 进行相关性和主成分分析。 结果表明, 自然低温下连续喷施 1 ~ 3 个月不同种类和浓度的生长调 节剂均能有效提高红海榄幼苗 CHLa、 CHLb、 CHLa+b 和 CC 质量分数并降低 MDA 质量摩尔浓度; SOD、 POD、 CAT 和 APX 活性则随时间波动变化。 相关性分析表明, 红海榄各生理指标间存在一定的协同作 用, 且抗氧化酶活性、 光合色素均与 MDA 呈负相关。 主成分综合得分排名为 150 mg·L -1 IAA>50 mg·L -1 NAA>100 mg·L -1 NAA> 100 mg·L -1 IAA> 400 mg·L -1 GA3 > 400 mg·L -1 6-BA> 150 mg·L -1 NAA>200 mg·L -1 6-BA>200 mg·L -1 GA3>100 mg·L -1 GA3>50 mg·L -1 IAA>100 mg·L -1 6-BA >CK。 生长调节剂能有效改善自然低温下红海榄幼苗的生理状态, 其中 150 mg·L -1 IAA 处理效果最佳。

Effects of Growth Regulators on Physiological Characteristics of Rhizophora stylosa Seedlings under Natural Low Temperature

Abstract:
To investigate the effects of plant growth regulators on physiological characteristics of Rhizophora stylosa seedlings under natural low temperature in winter, and to provide a theoretical basis and guidance for the reproduction and conservation of R. stylosa seedlings, four growth regulators, 6 - BA, NAA, GA3 and IAA, were selected as experimental materials to determine the photosynthetic pigment, MDA content and antioxidant enzyme activity indexes in the leaves of 2 months R. stylosa seedlings. The correlation among the indexes was calculated and the comprehensive score ranking was calculated by principal component analysis. The results showed that the concentrations of CHLa, CHLb, CHLa+B, and CC were increased and the concentrations of MDA were decreased by spraying different kinds and concentrations of plant growth regulators for 1 to 3 months under the natural low temperature condition. The activity of SOD, POD, CAT and APX fluctuated with time. Correlation analysis showed that there was a certain synergistic effect among the physiological indexes of R. stylosa, and the antioxidant enzyme activities and photosynthetic pigments were negatively correlated with MDA. The overall score of principal component was 150 mg·L -1 IAA> 50 mg·L -1 NAA> 100 mg·L -1 NAA>100 mg·L -1 IAA>400 mg·L -1 GA3>400 mg·L -1 6-BA>150 mg·L -1 NAA>200 mg·L -1 6-BA >200 mg·L -1 GA3>100 mg·L -1 GA3>50 mg·L -1 IAA>100 mg·L -1 6-BA>CK. Plant growth regulators can effectively improve the physiological state of R. stylosa under natural low temperature, and 150 mg·L -1 IAA treatment has the best effect.
