Abstract:
In order to investigate the effects of different substrate ratios on the growth of seedlings of Acr carpus fraxini o- folius, the seeded live seedlings of A. fraxinifolius were used as test materials, and yellow heart soil was used as CK to design 10 different ratios of substrates for seedling nursery, and through comparative analyses and principal component analyses of the physical and chemical properties of the substrates and the growth and development indexes of the seedlings of A. fraxinifolius ( biomass, crown width, leaf length ( width), root length, seedling height, and diameter of the ground, etc. ), the substrate combinations were screened to be suitable for the growth of seedlings of A. fraxinifolius. The results were summarized as follows seedling growth substrate combinations. The results showed that peat soil and light substrate rich in organic matter and mineral nutrients could effectively promote the nutritive growth of A. fraxinifolius, while the appropriate proportion of heavy substrate (yellow heart soil) was favorable to the accumulation of biomass. In summary, the T7 (yellow heart soil ∶ peat soil ∶ mixed light substrate = 4 ∶ 3 ∶ 3) formulation was the best substrate in terms of nutrient growth of A. fraxinifolius. The T6 ( yellow heart soil ∶ peat soil ∶ mixed light substrate = 4 ∶ 2 ∶ 4) formulation was the best substrate in terms of biomass accumulation.
