3 个色买提杏品系果实采收特征及差异的研究

摘要:
色买提杏 Armeniaca vulgaris ‘Saimaiti’ 是新疆栽培果树中的重要品种, 为了明确不同品系色 买提杏果实采收特征及其差异, 研究以 3 个常见色买提杏品系的果实为研究材料, 分别测定果实形态特 征、 硬度、 可溶性固形物、 pH、 色度 (LAB) 等指标, 并对其进行核密度、 相关性分析。 结果表明: 3 个品系果实特征差异显著, 果实直径、 纵径、 侧径、 单果重均显示克孜勒色买提<色勒克色买提<木格亚 格勒克。 可溶性固形物是重要采收标志, 分别为克孜勒色买提 (14% ~ 15%)、 色勒克色买提 (18% ~ 20%)、 木格亚格勒克 (18% ~23%)。 硬度分化不明显, 集中分布于 21-30。 L 值表现为克孜勒色买提杏 (58. 30) >色勒克色买提杏 (56. 27) >木格亚格勒克 (52. 61), A 值表现为木格亚格勒克 (14. 60) >克 孜勒色买提 (13. 47) >色勒克色买提 (11. 52), B 值的分布范围在 39. 82 ~ 46. 20。 综上所述, 不同品系 的杏果实采收特征差异明显, 克孜勒色买提杏果实的品质相对较差。

Study on Fruit Harvesting Characteristics and Differences of Three Strains of Armeniaca vulgaris ‘Saimaiti’

Abstract:
Armeniaca vulgaris ‘Saimaiti’ is an important species among cultivated fruit trees in Xinjiang. In order to clarify the fruit harvesting characteristics and differences between different strains of Armeniaca vulgaris ‘Saimaiti’, in this study, the fruit of three common color Armeniaca vulgaris ‘ Saimaiti’ strains were used as research materials. The morphological characteristics, hardness, soluble solids, pH, chroma (LAB), and other indicators of the fruit were measured, and the kernel density and correlation were analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences in fruit characteristics among the three cultivars. Fruit diameter, longitudinal diameter, lateral diameter, and single fruit weight all showed kezilemisabeti < celiksebeti < mugyagelker. Soluble solids were important harvest markers, which were kezilemisabeti (14%-15%), celiksebeti (18%-20%) and mugyagelker (18%-23%), respectively. Hardness differentiation was not obvious, and the distribution was concentrated between 21 and 30. L value was kezilemisabeti (58. 30) >celiksebeti (56. 27) >mugyagelker (52. 61), A value of mugyagelker (14. 60) >kezilemisabeti (13. 47) >mugyagelker (11. 52). The distribution range of B value was 39. 82-46. 20. In conclusion, the fruit harvesting characteristics of apricot of different strains are obviously different, and the fruit quality of kezilemisabeti apricot is relatively poor. The results are helpful in implementing more economical and efficient harvesting and management measures for Armeniaca vulgaris ‘Saimaiti’.
