泡桐无性系早期生长与干形综合选择

摘要:
为筛选出速生和接干能力好的无性系, 以江苏省宿迁市的 13 个泡桐无性系测定林为研究对象, 利用混合线形模型对泡桐 20 个月树高 (H20 ), 30 个月树高 (H30 )、 胸径 (D30 )、 材积 (V30 ) 和 30 个月 时接干能力指数 (J30 ) 性状进行遗传参数估算, 同时, 利用基因型综合指数选择法对 30 月龄泡桐无性系 进行早期选择。 试验结果表明, 泡桐无性系早期生长快, H20 、 H30 、 D30 、 V30 和 J30 平均值分别为 4. 56 m、 6. 73 m、 10. 20 cm、 0. 031 4 m 3 和 0. 48; 泡桐 H20 、 H30 、 D30 、 V30 和 J30 在无性系间达极显著水平, 其无 性系重复力为 0. 69~0. 99, 单株重复力为 0. 15 ~ 0. 85, 说明遗传和环境因子均为影响泡桐生长的重要因 素。 生长性状间表型和遗传相关达到显著水平, 接干能力指数与 D30 和 V30 间表型相关不显著, 而与其他 性状间的表型和遗传相关系数均达到了显著水平。 以泡桐 30 个月时生长和接干能力指标进行早期选择, 综合评选 4 个优良无性系 49、 01-23、 01-22 和 4B, 无性系入选率 30. 8%, 其生长指标和接干能力指标均 高于对照无性系, 具有较高的遗传稳定性。

Comprehensive Selection of Early Growth and Stem Form of Paulownia Clones

Abstract:
In order to select clones with fast growth and good stem grafting ability, 13 Paulownia clones in uqian City, Jiangsu Province were used as the research object, and the genetic parameters of 20-month tree height (H20 ), 30-month tree height (H30 ), diameter at breast height (D30 ), volume (V30 ) and stem grafting ability index (J30 ) at 30 months were estimated by using a mixed linear model. At the same time, early selection of Paulownia clones at 30 months was conducted using the genotype comprehensive index selection method. The test results showed that the early growth of Paulownia clones was fast, and the average values of H20 , H30 , D30 , V30 and J30 were 4. 56 m, 6. 73 m, 10. 20 cm, 0. 031 4 m 3 and 0. 48 respectively; The interlines reached a very significant level, the repeatability of its clones was 0. 69-0. 99, and the repeatability of a single plant was 0. 15-0. 85, indicating that both genetic and environmental factors were important factors affecting the growth of Paulownia. The phenotype and genetic correlation between growth traits reached a significant level, the grafting ability index was not significantly correlated with the phenotype between D30 and V30 , but the phenotype and genetic correlation coefficients with other traits reached a significant level. Early selection was carried out based on the growth and splicing ability indicators of Paulownia at 30 months. Four excellent clones 49, 01-23, 01-22 and 4B were comprehensively selected. The selection rate of the clones was 30. 8%. All were higher than the control clones and had higher genetic stability.
