为保护华南虎 Panthera tigris amoyensis 物种,以静脉血淋巴细胞 G 显带和 R 显带染色技术研究和分析华南虎染色体带型。结果显示,华南虎每条染色体具有独特的带型特征,常染色体中带数最多的为 24 条带,带数最少的为 6 条带;性染色体中 X 染色体为 12 条带,Y 染色体是相对长度最短也是带数最少的染色体,仅 3 条带。实验成功制备华南虎染色体 G 带和 R 带标本,得到 248 条带的华南虎染色体分带模式,经初步对比发现华南虎染色体 G 带模式虽与家猫染色体分带高度近似,但也存在少部分明显区别,研究华南虎染色体带型有利于虎及其它猫科动物的遗传学和基因多样性方面研究。 |

In order to protect South China tiger species, the chromosome banding patterns of the South
China tiger were studied by G banding and R banding of lymphocytes from venous blood. The results showed that
each chromosome of the South China tiger had unique banding characteristics, with 24 bands having the highest
number of bands in the autosomes and 6 bands having the lowest number of bands; Among the sex chromosome,
the X chromosome has 12 bands, and the Y chromosome has the shortest relative length and the smallest number
of bands, with only 3 bands. The experiment successfully prepared G-band and R-band specimens of South China
tiger chromosomes and obtained 248 bands of South China tiger chromosome banding patterns. After preliminary
comparison, it was found that although the G-band patterns of South China tiger chromosomes were highly similar
to those of domestic cats, there were also a few obvious diff erences. The study of South China tiger chromosome
banding patterns is benefi cial to the genetic and genetic diversity research of tigers and other feline animals. |
