红花荷扦插育苗研究*

摘要:
以红花荷 Rhodoleia championii 为试材,以扦插成活率、不定根数量、根长为扦插效果的评判指标,对红花荷的不同插条(半木质化带顶芽、半木质化不带顶芽、完全木质化不带顶芽)、不同生长调节剂(GGR、IBA 和 NAA)及其不同浓度(100 mg · L-1、200 mg · L-1、300 mg · L-1)处理、不同扦插季节(冬季、春季、秋季)进行了试验研究。结果表明:(1)半木质化带顶芽插条的成活率、平均不定根数量和平均根长均显著高于半木质化不带顶芽插条和不带顶芽完全木质化插条;(2)GGR、IBA 处理均对红花荷扦插育苗具有明显促进作用,且在 200 mg · L-1 效果最好,NAA 处理对红花荷扦插育苗几乎无促进作用;(3)春季扦插效果最好。研究得出优化后的红花荷最适宜扦插条件为:在春季(4 月),选取半木质化带顶芽茎段作为插条,用 GGR 200 mg · L-1 溶液浸泡 4 h 后进行扦插。

Study on the Cuttage Breeding for Rhodoleia championii

Abstract:
Taking Rhodoleia championii as the test material, the survival rate of cuttings, the number of adventitious roots and root length were taken as the evaluation indexes of the cutting effect. In this study, the effects of different cuttings(the semi-lignified cuttings with top buds, the semi-lignified cuttings without top buds, the completely lignified cuttings without top buds), different growth regulators(GGR, IBA, NAA), different concentrations(100 mg · L-1, 200 mg · L-1, 300 mg · L-1) and different cutting seasons(Winter, Spring, Autumn) on the growth of R. championii were investigated by means of cuttage. The main obtained results as follows: (1)The survival rate, average number of adventitious roots and average root length of the semi-lignified cuttings with top buds were significantly higher than those of the semi-lignified cuttings without top buds and the completely lignified cuttings without top buds. (2) Both GGR and IBA had an obvious promoting effect on cuttage breeding of R. championii, and had the best effect under the concentration of 200 mg · L-1, NAA had little effect on the growth of cutting seedlings. (3)The most suitable cuttage season was spring(April). The study showed that the optimal cuttage conditions of R. championii were as follows: in spring(April), using the semi-lignified stem segment with the top bud as cuttings, and the cuttings were carried out after soaking in GGR 200 mg · L-1 solution for 4 hours.
