为观察比较不同产地广藿香 Pogostemon cablin 在梅州市的生长和品质 , 文章以海南广藿香、
湛江广藿香、高州广藿香、肇庆广藿香为研究材料,管理措施完全相同,采收期分别为定植后 60、90、
120、180 天,然后观察比较广藿香生长状况以及精油含量。定植 180 天以后统计不同产地广藿香的苗木
保存率。结果表明:湛江广藿香在整个生长期,长势都要优于其他产地广藿香,其产量和苗木保存率也
远高于其他产地广藿香;不同产地广藿香在同一生长时期,精油含量差异不显著;同一产地广藿香的精
油含量随生长期延长而增加,精油含量在不同生长时期差异显著,到 180 天时,精油含量达到最高。湛
江广藿香的产量更高、抗逆性最强,相较于其他产地广藿香,更适宜在梅州地区推广种植。 |

Abstract: |
In order to observe and compare the growth and quality of Pogostemon cablin from different
habitats in Meizhou city, the research materials were P. cablin from Hainan, Zhanjiang, Gaozhou, and Zhaoqing.
The management measures were the same. The harvest periods were 60, 90, 120, and 180 days after planting,
respectively. Then, the growth status and essential oil content of P. cablin were observed and compared. After
180 days of planting, the seedling preservation rates of P. cablin from different habitats were counted. The results
showed that throughout the growth period, the growth of P. cablin from Zhanjiang was better than that from other
habitats, and its yield and seedling preservation rate were also significantly higher than those from other habitats;
There was no significant difference in the content of essential oil in P. cablin from different habitats during the
same growth period; The essential oil content of P. cablin from the same production area increases with the
prolongation of its growth period. The essential oil content varies significantly at different growth stages, reaching
the highest level at 180 days. P. cablin from Zhanjiang has a higher yield and strongest resistance to stress, making
it more suitable for popularization and cultivation in Meizhou compared to P. cablin from other habitats. |
