不同外源激素处理对米老排硬枝扦插生根的影响

摘要:
米老排 Mytilaria laosensis 为南方优良速生乡土树种,探讨其硬枝扦插快速繁殖技术,对加强其无性繁殖技术研究及更大范围的推广种植具有重要意义。以 3 年生米老排树冠中上部硬枝为材料,采 用随机区组设计,探索不同外源激素种类和浓度对生根率、偏根率、根长、根径、生根数和根系效果指数的影响,并运用主成分分析法和隶属函数法对不同处理的扦插生根质量进行综合评价。结果表明 : 和清水 (CK) 相比,整体上不同外源激素处理对促进米老排硬枝扦插生根具有明显作用,其中 ABT1# 和 NAA优于 IBA;除根径外,不同外源激素处理间插穗各生根指标的差异性均达到显著水平 (P<0.05)。ABT1#提高生根率效果最好,生根率显著高于其他激素处理;NAA 降低偏根率、增加生根数及提高生根效果指数最优,除偏根率外,生根数与根系效果指数显著高于其他激素处理;根长以清水处理较优,推测为激素处理浓度过大的原因。两种综合评价法结果均表明:IBA 激素处理对扦插的促进作用要弱于 ABT1# 与NAA,CK 处理的综合得分和隶属函数值最低,分别为 -1.242 和 0.194,其生根效果最差;1 500 mg · L-1 ABT1#(A2) 处理的综合得分和平均隶属函数值最高,分别为 0.833 和 0.443,其生根效果最佳,生根率较13 个处理的平均值高 95%,偏根率低 10%。

Study on Different Hormone Treatments on Hardwood Cuttings Influence on Mytilaria laosensis

Abstract:
Mytilaria laosensis is an excellent fast-growing native tree species in south China. It is of great significance to explore the rapid propagation technology of hard cuttings for strengthening the research of asexual propagation technology and promoting planting in a wider range. 3-year-old hardwood cuttings of this tree species were selected and a randomized block design experiment was conducted to explore the influence of different exogenous hormone types and concentrations on rooting rate, one-side rooting rate, root number, root length and root effect index. Furthermore, the principal component analysis and the subordinate function method were used to comprehensively evaluate the rooting status of cuttings with different treatments. The results revealed that different exogenous hormone treatments had a marked impact on promoting the rooting of hardwood cuttings of M. laosensis when compared with the water control(CK) in general; except for root diameter, the differences in each surveyed rooting index of cuttings among different exogenous hormone treatments reached a significant level(P<0.05). ABT1#, the best hormone treatment for increasing rooting rate, which rooting rate was significantly higher than other hormone treatments. NAA obtained the best effect on reducing one-side rooting rate, increasing root number and root effect index. Meanwhile, the root number and root effect index of NAA was significantly higher than other hormone treatments except the one-side rooting rate. The root length was better when treated with water, which was speculated to be the reason for the high concentration of hormone treatments. Two all comprehensive evaluation methods show that: The promotion effect of IBA hormone treatment on cuttings was weaker than that of ABT1# and NAA. The comprehensive score and subordinate function value of CK treatment were the lowest (-1.242 and 0.194, respectively), indicating that the rooting quality was the worst. In contrast, the 1500 mg · L-1 ABT1# (A2) treatment obtained the highest overall ranking and subordinate function value, which were 0.833 and 0.443, showing the best rooting effects with the rooting rate being 95% higher and the one-side rooting rate being 10% lower than the corresponding index average of the 13 treatments.
