广东省森林资源“天-空-地”一体化监测构建与应用

摘要:
充分利用卫星遥感、无人机、互联网等先进技术,搭建森林资源监测平台,结合森林生长模 型,构建了广东省森林资源“天—空—地”一体化监测体系。在多年的生产实践过程中,该体系及时的 掌握广东省森林资源消长变化,实现了对森林资源变化的快速提取、现场取证和实时在线更新,并为各 级林业主管部门决策提供准确的数据支撑,进一步提高了森林资源管理和信息化水平。

Abstract:
Making full use of satellite remote sensing,unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV),the internet and other advanced technologies to build a forest resources monitoring platform,and combined with the forest growth model,the system of integrated monitoring of heaven, earth and air in Guangdong province’s forest resources is constructed.In the process of production and practice for many years,the system timely grasps the growth and decline of forest resources in Guangdong province,and realizes the rapid extraction, on-site evidence collection and real-time online update of forest resources changes.It also provides accurate data support for policy decision of forestry authorities at all levels, and further improves the level of forest resource management and information.
