森林康养游客满意度影响因素研究—— 以广州市石门国家森林公园为例

摘要:
文章选取广州市石门国家森林公园作为研究对象，以游客的视角出发，从森林康养资源、旅 游产品、森林康养功能、景区设施、景区服务与管理、旅游成本、游客自身因素等 7 个内容选取了 46 个指标。通过问卷方式获得相应数据进行分析，划分为“旅游支持系统”、“旅游环境”、“旅游产品”和 “旅游者自身影响因素”4 个维度。研究结果表明，影响森林康养游客满意度的主要因素是旅游环境。

Study on Influencing Factors of Satisfaction of Forest Wellness Tourists ——Taking Guangzhou Shimen National Forest Park as An Example

Abstract:
The article selected Guangzhou Shimen National Forest Park as an example. From the perspective of tourists, 46 indicators were selected from 7 contents, including forest wellness resources, tourism products, forest wellness functions, scenic spot facilities, scenic spot services and management, tourism costs, tourist’s own factors.The date for analysis were obtained from questionnaire, which was divided into 4 dimensions: “tourism support system”, “tourism environment”, “tourism products” and “tourists themselves influencing factors”. The research results showed that the main factor affecting the satisfaction of forest wellness tourists was the tourism environment.
