| 森林火灾是威胁人民群众生命和财产安全最为严重的灾害之一，在人口密度高的工业园区周 边，林火的预防和监测显得更加重要。文章以广州市黄埔区为例，根据区域内现有的森林防火措施、防 火设备和防火管理等方面的资料收集和分析，详细阐述了该区森林防火工作面临的形势和存在的问题， 提出优化防火功能分区要求，从森林火险预警监测系统建设、森林防火信息管理与指挥系统建设、森林 消防队伍能力及基础设施建设、林火阻隔系统建设和森林防火宣传教育工程建设5 方面阐述了森林防火 体系的建设工作，以期为广州市黄埔区的森林防火体系提供有力的保障。 |

| Forest fire is one of the most dangerous threats to people’s life and property safety. The prevention and monitoring to forest ?re are essentially necessary in the high population density and industry area. The situation and problems are analyzed about the forest ?re in Huangpu district of Guangzhou with the existing measurements of ?re protection, equipment and managements. And the construction of the forest ?re protection system are discussed, containing early warning and monitoring system, information management and command system, ?re brigade and infrastructure construction, isolation system, publicizing the knowledge of ?re prevention. These measurements will be useful for defending the forest ?re, in Huangpu district of Guangzhou. |
