| 杨梅具有很高的药用和食用价值,为探索扦插育苗技术,针对杨梅扦插难生根的问题,本研究采用不同的插床基质和生根促进剂,采用不同方法处理穗条,在不同季节进行反复比较试验,结果表明：杨梅扦插基质宜选90％黄心土加10％河沙 ,根太阳溶液对生根促进效果最佳,扦插生产宜在春、秋季开展；选用半木质化穗条,先采用250 ml／L的去单宁剂丙酮溶液浸泡2h,再经2.50 ml／L根太阳药液处理2h,生根成活率可达88%以上。 |

| Myrica rubra has high medicinal and food value, to explore cutting techniques for Myrica rubra cuttings rooting hard problems, this study using different substrates and rooting slotting accelerator, using different approach to spike strips, in different seasons were repeated comparisons test results showed that: Myrica rubra cutting medium yellow soil should choose 90% plus 10% of river sand, Root Sun promoting best solution for rooting cuttings of production should be in the spring and autumn to carry out; use semi-woody cuttings, the first use of 250 ml . L-1 to single-agent acetone solution rather soak 2h, then by 2.50 ml . L-1Root Sun liquid handling 2h, rooting up to 88%. |
