红豆树种子催芽试验研究 |

摘要: |
本文采取不同水温浸泡处理与不同贮藏方式处理等不同催芽方式对红豆树(Ormosia hosiei Hemsl. et Wils.)种子发芽率的影响进行对比试验研究。结果表明:不同水温浸泡处理之间的红豆树种子发芽率存在显著差异,且达到极显著水平(P<0.001),发芽率的大小依次为:82.3%(100℃)>23.8%(60℃)>1.6%(20℃);不同贮藏方式处理之间的红豆树种子发芽率存在显著差异,且达到极显著水平(P<0.001),发芽率的大小依次为:82.32%(湿沙贮藏)>61.4%(湿沙+黄土贮藏)>42.7%(黄土贮藏);最佳催芽方式为100℃高温的水浸泡处理后,再采用湿沙贮藏。 |

Studied on the effects of different soaking temperature and storage methods on the germination rate of Ormosia hosiei Hemsl. et Wils.. The results showed that there were significant level in the effects of different soaking temperature and storage methods on the germination rate of Ormosia hosiei Hemsl. et Wils.. The best way was 100℃ Soaking temperature and then storaging of wet sand, whose germination rate was 82.32%. |
