刨花润楠叶片形态表型分析

摘要:
以梅州市平远县、梅县区、丰顺县三个地方的18株刨花润楠﹙Machilus pauhoi﹚为材料,测定叶面积、叶缘周长、叶片长、叶片宽及叶片长宽比5个表型性状。结果表明,18株树叶片的5个表型性状均存在极显著差异,说明刨花润楠叶片表型变异丰富。叶片性状变异系数均超过20%,变异系数大小顺序依次为叶面积>叶片宽>叶片长>叶缘周长>叶片长宽比。聚类分析将18株刨花润楠分为4种类型:第Ⅰ类即普通型刨花润楠,包含10株树;第Ⅱ类是宽叶型刨花润楠,包含平远9号、丰顺10号、丰顺11号、丰顺12号、丰顺13号、平远14号等5株树;第Ⅲ类为窄叶型刨花润楠仅包含1株树梅县5号;第Ⅳ类是大叶型刨花润楠,也只包含1株树平远7号。

Phenotypic Diversity of Leaf Morphology for Machilus pauhoi

Abstract:
Eighteen trees of Machilus pauhoi were collected to study leaf phenotypic diversity from 3 counties in Meizhou. Five indicators were tested to describe foliage traits, including leaf area, leaf limb circumference, leaf length, leaf width and leaf length/width ratio. The results showed that there were significant differences in 5 phenotypic traits among 18 trees, suggesting abundant diversity in leaf morphology of Machilus pauhoi. The variation coefficient of phenotypic traits was all above 20% and the order was: leaf are>leaf width>leaf length>leaf limb circumference>length/width ratio. Cluster analysis divided 18 trees into 4 groups. Group Ⅰ was a popular type, including 10 trees. Group Ⅱ was a broad leaf type, including Pingyuan 9、14 and Fengshun 10、11、12、13 trees. Meixian 5 and Pingyuan 7 trees were independently classified into groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ, which were characterized by narrow leaf and large leaf, respectively.
