采用二次正交旋转组合设计对顶果木(Acrocarpus fraxinifolius)增殖培养基进行优化,建立增殖倍数(Y)对培养基中Ca2+浓度(X1)、6BA浓度(X2)及IBA浓度(X3)的正交回归模型:Y=2.416-0.172X1-0.255X2+0.183X12-0.211X22+0.162X32+0.331X1X2。从模型可知,当Ca2+浓度为255 mg/L,6BA浓度为0.76 mg/L,IBA浓度为0.16 mg/L时,增殖倍数达最大值4.45。模型预测值与实际验证结果较接近。\ |

Abstract: |
The multiplication medium of Acrocarpus fraxinifolius was optimized with quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design. The quadratic orthogonal regression model of multiplication rate(Y) to three factors including concentration of Ca2 (X1), 6BA(X2)and IBA(X3) was established as Y=2.420-0.172X1-0.255X2 0.184X12-0.211X22 0.162X32 0.331X1X2. It was concluded from the model that when the concentration of Ca2 (X1), 6BA(X2)and IBA(X3)was 255 mg/L, 0.76 mg/L and 0.16 mg/L respectively, the maximum multiplication rate(Y) was 4.45 which was close to the experiment result. |
