大叶相思抗寒性选择研究

摘要:
采用电导法对大叶相思5个种源,15个家系进行了耐寒性测定和评估。试验结果表明:大叶相思的低温半致死温度为0.605 8℃。大叶相思种源间和家系间耐寒能力差异显著,其中种源的耐寒性从高到低排序为19244>18924>17966>18854>19250;相对耐寒的家系为JSL1303和BVG2726,JSL1358家系的耐寒能力最差。

Selection of Cold Tolerance of Acacia auriculaeformis

Abstract:
This paper evaluated the cold resistance ability of Acacia auriculaeformis A. Cunn which include five seedlots and fifteen families on basis of electrical conductivity. The results showed that the Lt50 of A. auriculaeformis is 0.605 8℃, and there were very significant difference for cold tolerance between seedlots and families. The cold resistance of these seedlots from high to low is 19244>18924>17966>18854>19250, the strongest family tolerance to cold were JSL1303 and BVG2726, the worst family tolerance to cold was JSL1358.
