| 鸭脚木 (Schefflera heptaphylla (L.) Frodin) 是我国热带、亚热带地区具有多种用途的一个乡土阔叶树种。本文系统介绍了其生态和经济价值、地理分布和适生环境、苗木培育以及人工林培育，并就鸭脚木人工林培育研究提出初步建议，旨在增进人们对于鸭脚木的认识，促进其种植业及相关产业的发展。 |

| Schefflera heptaphylla (Linn.) Frodin is an indigenous hardwood species with multiple use in tropical and subtropical regions of China. In this paper, we describe the ecological and economic value, geographic distribution and growth environment, seedling growth, and plantation cultivation of S. heptaphylla. Some preliminary suggestions were pointed out for studies on its silvicultural regimes, aiming to promote understanding on this species and thus facilitating the development of its plantation and relevant industries. |
