绿僵菌对小菜蛾的毒力测定

摘要:
室内毒力测定结果表明,绿僵菌对小菜蛾很高的致死率。Mf2菌株LT50为2.8468,累计僵虫率为36%,对小菜蛾的毒力最强。经时间-剂量-死亡率模型的模拟分析而估计出Mf2菌株作用于小菜蛾的时间与剂量效应参数,测得第四和第五日的LD50分别为6.42×103~3.02×104孢子/ml、2.38×103~1.31×104孢子/ml,侵染的潜伏期为约为4天。在1×107孢子/ml浓度下LT50为2.7天。

Virirulence of Metarhizium anisopliae Against Plutella xylostella

Abstract:
Result from toxicological test showed that Metarhizium anisopliae was highly virulent to Plutella xylostella. The LT50 of the strain Mf2 was 2.8468 days and the cumulative mortality was 36%.This strain has a fortissimo virulence against Plutella xylostella. The data were well hitted to time-dose-moritality model. Estimate the parameters of time and dosage effects.Four and five days after inoculation,the LD50 wsa between 6.42×103~3.02×104 conidia/ml and 2.38×103~1.31×104conidia/ml.With a dose of 1×107conidi/ml concentration the LT50 was 2.7days.
