| 本文提出了 “分层模式”的指标体系构建机理，建立了区域经济可持续发展评价指标体系，探讨了该体系的构建原则、评价原理和以发展度、协调度、持续度为主要标准的评价方法,并结合GIS技术对区域经济的可持续发展状况进行了深层次分析。同时，文章以陕西秦岭地区为例进行了实证分析。 |

| In this paper , the writer established an hierarchic model- evaluating indicator system of sustainable development of regional economy and talked about its principles of establishment, the theory of evaluate and the assessment method . The writer also applied the evaluating indicator system and the GIS technology to evaluate the development of economy in Qinling district of Shanxi province. |
