| 按照财政支出绩效评价的要求，结合造林工程特点，设计了造林项目财政支出绩效评价指标体系，并应用该体系评价某造林工程财政支出绩效，综合分析其评价结果后认为：本绩效评价可以比较客观真实地反映项目情况，评价指标体系设计比较科学、合理，有较强的可操作性，但也存在一些问题。 |

| According the characteristics of finance payout performance evaluation and plantation project, the authors establish the index system of plantation project finance payout performance evaluation. And then, they use the system analyzing a plantation project. After that, they considered that the performance evaluation can reflect the project status more pertinently and veritably. The system is scientific, reasonable and manipulated, but it also has some limitations. |
