深圳市大鹏半岛排牙山南北坡植物物种多样性比较

摘要:
为探讨深圳大鹏半岛排牙山南北两坡植物群落分布特征和差异, 2022 年和 2023 年分别对该自 然保护区南坡和北坡开展植物物种多样性调查, 分别布设 3 个 400 m 2 的样方, 南坡共记录有维管植物 51 科 79 属 104 种; 北坡记录有维管植物 44 科 67 属 94 种。 对南坡 104 种、 北坡 94 种植物分别进行重要值和 物种多样性指数计算, 并利用南、 北坡优势种分别对南、 北坡植物群落进行种间联结性分析、 年龄结构分 析和生态种组划分; 最后利用南、 北坡环境因子对南、 北坡植物的 α 物种多样性指数进行了冗余分析。 结果显示: (1) 排牙山自然保护区南、 北坡整体和各生活型植物优势种均有明显差异; (2) 南、 北坡群 落各 15 个优势种 105 对中, 南坡群落物种间正负联结之比为 0. 78, 北坡群落物种间正负联结之比为 0. 84, 北坡群落更稳定; (3) 南、 北坡群落乔灌层植物优势种均有较多Ⅰ级树, 年龄结构均处于增长阶 段; (4) 南坡物种丰富度和木本植物密度高于北坡; 北坡群落物种多样性整体上高于南坡群落; 南坡群 落乔灌层植物物种多样性高于北坡, 北坡群落草本层植物物种多样性高于南坡; (5) 南北坡植物群落 Jaccard 指数和 S?rensen 指数分别为 0. 149 1、 0. 259 4, 均接近于 0, 物种组成整体上不具相似性; (6) 坡 度与群落 α 物种多样性呈显著正相关, 显著性 P 为 0. 012 (P<0. 05); 最冷月均温与群落 α 物种多样性呈 显著负相关, 显著性 P 为 0. 012 (P<0. 05)。

Comparative Analysis of Species Diversity on the Northern and Southern Slopes of Paiya Mountain in the Dapeng Peninsula, Shenzhen

Abstract:
To investigate the distribution characteristics and differences of plant communities on the northern and southern slopes of Paiya Mountain in the Dapeng Peninsula of Shenzhen, plant species diversity surveys were conducted on the southern and northern slopes of the Paiya Mountain Nature Reserve in Shenzhen in 2022 and 2023, respectively. Three 400 m 2 sample plots were established on each slope. A total of 104 vascular plant species, belonging to 79 genera and 51 families, were recorded on the southern slope, while 94 species, from 67 genera and 44 families, were recorded on the northern slope. The importance values and species diversity were calculated for the 104 species on the southern slope and the 94 species on the northern slope of Paiya Mountain Nature Reserve, respectively. Using the dominant species from each slope, analyses of interspecific association, age structure, and ecological species group division were performed for the plant communities on both slopes. Finally, a redundancy analysis (RDA) was employed to assess the relationship between environmental factors and the α-diversity indices of plants on both slopes. The results showed: (1) significant differences were found in the overall dominant species and those of each life form between the southern and northern slope of the Paiya Mountain Nature Reserve; (2) among the 105 species pairs from 15 dominant species on each slopes, the ratio of positive to negative associations was 0. 78 for the southern slope community and 0. 84 for the northern slope community, indicating that the northern slope community was more stable; (3) both slopes had an abundance of Class I trees among the dominant tree and shrub species, and their age structure was in a growth stage; (4) species richness and woody plant density were higher on the southern slope; however, the overall species diversity was higher in the northern slope community; species diversity in the tree and shrub layers was higher on the south slope, while the herb layer′s diversity was higher on the north slope; (5) the Jaccard and S?rensen indices for the plant communities on the two slopes were 0. 149 1 and 0. 259 4, respectively, both being close to 0, which indicated a general dissimilarity in species composition; (6) slope gradient had a significant positive correlation with community α-diversity (P = 0. 012, P<0. 05), while the coldest monthly average temperature had a significant negative correlation (P = 0. 012, P<0. 05).
