交趾黄檀无性系测定早期生长评价

摘要:
为选育交趾黄檀 Dalbergia cochinchinensis 优良无性系, 以 20 个无性系及 1 个优良家系 (CK) 为试验材料, 采用随机完全区组设计, 对其生长性状及抗风能力进行调查, 并运用隶属函数法 进行综合评价。 结果表明, 3 a 生交趾黄檀无性系间树高生长差异达极显著水平 (P<0. 01) , 地径与冠 幅差异显著 (P<0. 05) , 保存率与风害指数差异不显著。 平均保存率、 地径、 树高、 冠幅、 风害指数 分别为 95. 48%、 5. 22 cm、 3. 3 m、 1. 85 m、 6. 47%; 无性系重复力为 0. 422 6 ~ 0. 757 8, 大小依次为 树高、 地径、 冠幅; 冠幅变异系数最大, 地径和树高属中等变异范围。 共筛选出 7 个优良无性系, 其 综合得分平均值较 CK 提高 9. 86%; 平均地径、 树高、 冠幅分别较 CK 增加 1. 49%、 3. 19%和 9. 78%, 平均保存率和风害指数较 CK 分别降低 0. 01%和 0. 29%; 地径、 树高和冠幅的遗传增益范围分别为- 3. 06% ~ 4. 21%、 -4. 99% ~ 7. 14%和-1. 49 ~ 12. 52%。 3 a 生优良无性系与其对应 5 a 生优树的生长排 序一致性较低, 仅 TS9 和 TS18 同时进入前 7 名。 筛选出的 7 个无性系早期生长综合表现穾出, 建议进 一步开展区域性推广试验。

Early growth evaluation of Dalbergia cochinchinensis clone determination

Abstract:
TTo select excellent clones of Dalbergia cochinchinensis, 20 clones and one superior family (CK) were used as experimental materials. By the randomized complete block design, data were collected on growth traits and wind resistance. A comprehensive evaluation was carried out using the membership function method. The results showed that among the 3-year-old D. cochinchinensis clones, there were extremely significant differences in tree height growth (P<0. 01), significant differences in ground diameter and crown width (P<0. 05), and no significant differences in survival rate and wind damage index. The average survival rate, ground diameter, tree height, crown width, and wind damage index were 95. 48%, 5. 22 cm, 3. 3 m, 1. 85 m and 6. 47%, respectively. The repeatability of the clones ranged from 0. 422 6 to 0. 757 8, descending in the order of tree height, ground diameter, and crown width. The coefficient of variation was highest for crown width, while ground diameter and tree height showed moderate variation. Seven superior clones were selected, whose average comprehensive score was 9. 86% higher than that of CK. Their average ground diameter, tree height, and crown width were 1. 49%, 3. 19%, and 9. 78% higher than those of CK, respectively, while the average survival rate and wind damage index were 0. 01% and 0. 29% lower than those of CK, respectively. The growth trait rankings exhibited low consistency between the 3-year-old superior clones and their corresponding 5-year-old superior trees, with only TS9 and TS18 simultaneously ranking among the top seven. The ranges of genetic gain for ground diameter, tree height, and crown width were -3. 06% to 4. 21%, -4. 99% to 7. 14%, and -1. 49% to 12. 52%, respectively. The seven selected clones exhibited outstanding comprehensive performance in early growth, demonstrating strong potential for further regional promotion trials.
