为研究大花序桉 Eucalyptus cloeziana 品系生长性状的遗传变异规律并筛选早期生长优良品系,
以 8 个引进的大花序桉品系为研究对象, 采用 4 株单行小区、 10 次重复的随机完全区组设计, 造林 4 a
后, 对其保存率及生长指标进行统计分析, 并运用隶属函数评价法选优。 结果表明, 8 个品系间的保存
率、 冠幅、 单位面积蓄积量及风害指数差异达极显著水平 (P<0. 01), 胸径、 树高和单株材积差异显著
(P<0. 05)。 1212 号和川 9 号为早期生长优良的品系, 其平均综合得分为 0. 73, 比群体得分高 46. 00%;
平均保存率、 胸径、 树高、 冠幅、 单株材积、 单位面积蓄积量较群体均值分别高 13. 99%、 10. 08%、
4. 59%、 4. 69%、 21. 59%、 29. 09%, 风害指数比群体均值低 47. 15%; 其胸径、 树高、 冠幅、 单株材积和
单位面积蓄积量的遗传增益分别为 6. 18%、 2. 81%、 4. 07%、 12. 89%、 22. 40%; 5 个生长性状指标的变
异系数为 19. 10% ~48. 58%, 变异幅度中等至较大。 1212 号和川 9 号品系早期生长表现优良, 抗风性强,
建议纳入区域性推广试验。 |

Evaluation of Early Growth Performance of Multiple Eucalyptus cloeziana Germplasm Materials in Southern Fujian |

Abstract: |
To investigate the genetic variation patterns in growth traits of Eucalyptus cloeziana germplasm
materials and select superior germplasm materials with excellent early growth, eight introduced E. cloeziana
germplasm materials were used as research material. A completely randomized block design with single -row
plots of 4 trees and 10 replications was implemented. Four years after planting, statistical analysis was conducted on the survival rate and growth indices, and superior germplasm materials were selected using the membership function evaluation method. The results showed highly significant differences (P<0. 01) among the eight
germplasm materials in establishment survival rate, crown width, stand volume per unit area, and wind damage
index, while significant differences ( P < 0. 05) were observed in diameter at breast height ( DBH), tree
height, and individual tree volume. Germplasm materials 1212 and clone Chuan 9 were identified as superior for
early growth, with an average composite score of 0. 73, which was 46. 00% higher than the population mean.
Compared to population averages, these germplasm materials exhibited increases of 13. 99% in establishment survival rate, 10. 08% in DBH, 4. 59% in tree height, 4. 69% in crown width, 21. 59% in individual tree volume, and 29. 09% in stand volume per unit area, while the wind damage index was 47. 15% lower. The estimated genetic gains for DBH, tree height, crown width, individual tree volume, and stand volume per unit area were 6. 18%, 2. 81%, 4. 07%, 12. 89%, and 22. 40%, respectively. The coefficient of variation (CV)
for the five growth traits ranged from 19. 10% to 48. 58%, indicating moderate to large variation. Germplasm
materials 1212 and clone Chuan 9 exhibited superior early growth performance and strong wind resistance, warranting inclusion in regional promotion trials. |
