为探讨植物激素种类和浓度对尾叶桉 Eucalyptus urophylla 生长和分枝表型的影响, 以 5 月生尾
叶桉组培苗无性系 ‘ LDUD26’ 和 ‘ ZQUC14’ 为研究对象, 选择萘乙酸 ( NAA)、 乙烯利、 赤霉素
(GA3 )、 茉莉酸 (JA)、 生长素 (IAA) 和油菜素甾醇 (BR) 6 种激素, BR 的 3 种浓度梯度设为 0. 25、
0. 50 和 1. 00 mg·L
-1
, 其他激素的 3 种浓度梯度设为 50、 100 和 200 mg·L
-1
, 喷施处理后定期测定尾叶
桉分枝表型、 叶片表型和茎尖内源激素含量变化。 结果表明, BR、 IAA、 NAA、 JA、 乙烯利和 GA3 在一
定程度上参与了调控尾叶桉分枝发育的生长进程, 且 1. 00 mg·L
-1 的 BR 和 200 mg·L
-1 的 IAA 对于
‘LDUD26’ 和 ‘ZQUC14’ 的分枝形成均具有明显抑制作用, 能够有效减少尾叶桉无性系的分枝数量。
与之不同的是, 50 mg·L
-1GA3 在 ‘ZQUC14’ 中可抑制分枝的生长, 然而在 ‘LDUD26’ 中却未呈现出
明显作用。 因此, 激素的施加以及激素浓度的差异均会影响尾叶桉的生长状态, 不同外源激素对尾叶桉
分枝发育特征影响存在较大差异。 |

Effects of Exogenous Hormone Treatment on Branching Phenotype of Eucalyptus urophylla Seedlings |

To investigate the effects of plant hormone types and concentrations on the growth and branching
phenotype of Eucalyptus urophylla, using five -month -old tissue -cultured clone seedlings of ""LDUD26"" and
""ZQUC14"" , six different hormones were selected, including naphthalene acetic acid (NAA), ethephon, gibberellin (GA3 ), jasmonic acid (JA), growth hormone ( IAA) and brassinosterol (BR). The concentration
gradients of BR were set at 0. 25, 0. 50 and 1. 00 mg·L
-1
, while other hormones were set at 50, 100, and
200 mg·L
-1
. After spray treatment, the branching phenotype, leaf phenotype and changes in endogenous hormone content were measured regularly. The results showed that BR, IAA, NAA, JA, ethephon and GA3
were all involved in the regulation of the branching development process of E. urophylla to some extent. BR at
1. 00 mg·L
-1
and IAA at 200 mg·L
-1
significantly inhibited branch formation in both ""LDUD26"" and ""ZQUC14
"" , effectively reducing the number of branches in these clones. In contrast, GA3
at 50 mg ·L
-1
inhibited
branching in ""ZQUC14"" , but showed no significant effect in ""LDUD26"" . Therefore, both application and hormone concentration differences affected the growth state of E. urophylla, and different exogenous hormones had
varying effects on its branching development characteristics. |
