钻孔胁迫的奇楠沉香品质分析

摘要:
为了解奇楠结香适用方法, 研究以钻孔处理 6 个月诱导奇楠结香, 探究不同距离钻孔胁迫过程 中的奇楠结香木质部变色范围、 醇溶性提取物及精油含量方面的差异。 结果表明, (1) 奇楠纵向结香长 度占比随钻孔间距的增大而减小, 间距 4 cm 的结香长度占比最大, 间距 8 cm 的占比较小, 间距 16 cm 的 占比最小。 不同钻孔间距之间的横向结香宽度和深度差异不显著。 (2) 钻孔间距为 4、 8、 16 cm 的沉香 乙醇提取物分别为 37. 22%、 45. 06%、 41. 85%, 分别是 《沉香》 LY / T 2904 - 2017 标准最低值 (10%) 的 3. 72 倍、 4. 51 倍和 4. 19 倍。 其中, 钻孔间隔为 8 cm 处理效果最优, 更有利于提高沉香醇溶性提取物 含量。 (3) 沉香样品的精油提取物含量为 22. 78% ~30. 43%, 样品精油提取物含量随钻孔距离的增大而呈 增大趋势, 钻孔间隔为 16 cm 的沉香样品的精油提取物含量为 30. 43%, 效果最好。 (4) 显色反应结果证 实 3 种钻孔间距处理 6 个月诱导产生的沉香均产生大量倍半萜类化合物, 显色反应实验结果均符合 《中华 人民共和国药典: 一部》 的标准。 (5) 钻孔间距为 4、 8、 16 cm 的沉香样品对 DPPH 和 ABTS +自由基的 清除能力强, 抗氧化能力强。 (6) 奇楠沉香中的倍半萜和 2- (2-苯乙基) 色酮 (PECs) 的平均相对含 量之和为 77. 70%, 其品质高。 综合来看, 钻孔间距为 8 cm 的结香方法更适合奇楠结香, 因此建议沉香的 实践生产用 8 cm 的钻孔间距。

Analysis of the Quality of Qi-Nan Agarwood under Drilling Stress

Abstract:
To understand suitable methods for Qi-Nan agarwood formation, this study employed drilling treatment for 6 months to induce agarwood formation. The differences in the range of wood discoloration, alcohol-soluble extract content, and essential oil content under the stress of drilling holes at different distances were explored. The results indicated that: (1) The longitudinal agarwood formation length ratio decreased as the drilling distance increased. The ratio was highest at 4 cm interval, followed by 8 cm, and the lowest at 16 cm interval. There were no significant differences in the transverse width and depth of agarwood formation among different drilling intervals. (2) The ethanol extracts of the agarwood with drilling spacings of 4 cm, 8 cm and 16 cm were 37. 22%, 45. 06% and 41. 85% respectively, which were 3. 72 times, 4. 51 times and 4. 19 times the minimum value (10%) specified in the "Agarwood" standard LY / T 2904-2017. Among them, the treatment effect with a drilling interval of 8 cm is the best, which is more conducive to increasing the content of agarwood alcohol-soluble extract. (3) The essential oil content (22. 78%-30. 43%) showed a positive correlation with drilling spacing, reaching the highest value (30. 43%) at 16 cm intervals. (4) The colorimetric reaction results confirmed that the agarwood induced by the three spacing treatments for 6 months all produced a large amount of sesquiterpenoids, and the colorimetric reaction results all met the standards of "The Pharmacopoeia of the People′s Republic of China (PartⅠ)". (5) The agarwood samples with a drilling spacing of 4 cm, 8 cm, and 16 cm had strong scavenging abilities for DPPH and ABTS + free radicals and strong antioxidant abilities. (6) The sum of the average relative contents of sesquiterpenes and 2- (2-phenylethyl) chromones (PECs) in Qi-Nan agarwood is 77. 70%, which is of high quality. Comprehensively, a drilling spacing of 8 cm is more suitable for Qi-Nan agarwood formation, and therefore it is recommended to use a drilling spacing of 8 cm for the practical production of agarwood.
