基于红外相机监测的广东蕉岭长潭省级自然保护区林下鸟兽分布特征

摘要:
为查清广东蕉岭长潭保护区的林下鸟兽多样性现状, 于 2021 年 4 月至 2023 年 8 月采用红外相 机技术及公里网格布设法对保护区全域开展鸟兽调查, 并针对保护区内的中华穿山甲 Manis pentadactyla 有目标性地布设红外相机。 共布设红外相机监测点 72 个, 获得独立有效照片 6 565 组, 共记录到地栖鸟 类 41 种, 中大型哺乳类 12 种, 其中含珍稀濒危重点保护动物 10 种, 包括国家一级重点保护野生动物中 华穿山甲。 位点占有率与相对多度指数排名前三的哺乳类为倭花鼠 Tamiops swinhoei、 豹猫 Prionailurus bengalensis 和野猪 Sus scrofa, 鸟类为白鹇 Lophura nycthemera、 灰背鸫 Turdus hortulorum 和绿翅金鸠 Chalcophaps indica, 表明这些物种是保护区内的优势物种。 与其他同类型保护区相比, 该保护区鸟类多样 性相对较高, 而哺乳类多样性相对低, 大型有蹄类与肉食动物缺失, 同时发现保护区内仍存在一定的人 为干扰威胁, 需进一步开展调查监测及加强保护。

Distribution Characteristics of Understory Bird and Mammal Based on Infrared Camera Monitoring in the Guangdong Jiaoling Changtan Provincial Nature Reserve

Abstract:
To ascertain the current status of understory birds and mammal diversity in the Guangdong Jiaoling Changtan Provincial Nature Reserve, a comprehensive survey was conducted across the reserve from April 2021 to August 2023 using infrared camera technology with kilometer-grid sampling design, with targeted deployment for Chinese pangolin ( Manis pentadactyla) monitoring. A total of 72 infrared camera sites yielded 6 565 independent valid photo captures. A total of 41 bird species and 12 mammal species were recorded, among 10 rare and endangered key protected species such as M. pentadactyla (a National Class I Protected Wild Animal). The top three mammal species in terms of grid occupancy rate and relative abundance index were Tamiops swinhoei, Prionailurus bengalensis and Sus scrofa, while the top three bird species were Lophura nycthemera, Turdus hortulorum and Chalcophaps indica, indicating that these species are the dominant species within the reserve. Compared with other similar natural reserve areas, this reserve has relatively high bird diversity but relatively low mammal diversity, with the absence of large ungulates and carnivores. Meanwhile, it was found that there still exist certain threats of human interference within the reserve, and further investigation, monitoring and intensified conservation efforts are required.
