贮藏和催芽对大果木莲种子萌发的影响

摘要:
为研究大果木莲 Manglietia grandis 种子的形态特征及其在不同环境条件下的萌发生理响应与 贮藏适应性, 以采自云南省小桥沟国家级自然保护区的新鲜大果木莲种子为材料, 测定种子的长、 宽、 厚和千粒重, 研究不同温度、 光照时长和 GA3 浓度条件下种子萌发特性, 并评价常温和低温下的贮藏效 果。 结果表明, 大果木莲种子长度 9. 77 mm、 宽度 8. 71 mm、 厚度 4. 42 mm, 千粒重 143. 61 g; 种子萌发 进程为 54 d, 平均发芽率为 62. 33%, 光照时长对种子萌发影响不显著; 经 1 000 mg·L -1 的 GA3 浸泡处 理种子发芽结束所需时间最短, 发芽率达 71. 11%; 20 ℃贮藏 60 d 发芽率为 60. 00%, 4 ℃贮藏 60 d 发芽 率为 22. 67%。 综合各指标, 大果木莲种子萌发最佳催芽处理为温度 25 ℃、 GA3 浓度 1 000 mg·L -1 浸泡 24 h。

Effects of Storage Conditions and Germination Promotion on Seed Germination of Manglietia grandis

Abstract:
In order to study the morphological characteristics of Manglietia grandis seeds and their germination physiological response and storage adaptability under different environmental conditions, fresh seeds collected from Xiaoqiaogou National Nature Reserve in Yunnan province were used as materials. The length, width, thickness, and thousand-grain weight of the seeds were measured. Germination characteristics were studied under different temperatures, light duration, and GA3 concentration, and the storage effects were evaluated at room temperature and low temperature. The results show that the seed length, width, thickness, and thousand -seed weight were 9. 77 mm, 8. 71 mm, 4. 42 mm, and 143. 61 g, respectively. The seed germination period was 54 d, with an average germination rate of 62. 33%. Photoperiod had no significant effect on seed germination. Seeds soaked in 1 000 mg·L -1 GA3 had the shortest germination period (54 d), with a germination rate reaching 71. 11%. After 60 days of storage, the germination rate was 60. 00% at 20 ℃ and 22. 67% at 4 ℃. Conclusively, based on various indicators, the optimal treatment for promoting germination of M. grandis seeds was soaking in 1 000 mg·L -1 GA3 for 24 h at 25 ℃.
