为了研究五指毛桃 Ficus hirta 实生苗和五裂型组培苗的差异以及五指毛桃根中补骨脂素含量的
变化, 在广东省梅州市白宫镇鲤溪村开展澳洲坚果 Macadamia integrifolia 林下间种五指毛桃的研究, 比较
五指毛桃实生苗和五裂型五指毛桃组培苗的株高、 地径、 冠幅、 分蘖数、 根质量以及不同生长年限下五指
毛桃根中补骨脂素含量。 结果表明, 种植 8 个月五裂型五指毛桃组培苗的株高和分蘖数显著 (P<0. 05)
和极显著 (P<0. 01) 大于实生苗, 二者之间的冠幅差异不显著; 种植 1 a 后实生苗地径极显著大于组培
苗 (P<0. 01), 而组培苗的分蘖数极显著大于实生苗 (P<0. 01); 种植 3 a 后组培苗和实生苗的根质量差
异不显著; 组培苗长势基本一致, 实生苗个体间差异极大, 且组培苗能够有效保持母本的优良性状, 有利
于五裂型五指毛桃的推广; 1. 5 a 五指毛桃组培苗根中补骨脂素含量显著高于 3. 5 a 五指毛桃组培苗根中
补骨脂素含量 (P<0. 01), 但是从产量来说, 宜采收 3 a 以上五指毛桃。 |

Growth Evaluation of Ficus hirta Planted under Macadamia integrifolia Forest |

To study the differences between Ficus hirta seedlings and five-lobed tissue-cultured seedlings
and the changes of psoralen content in the roots of F. hirta. The article conducted a study on the understory economic model of intercropping of F. hirta under Macadamia integrifolia forest in Lixi village, Baigong town,
Meizhou city, Guangdong province. The plant height, ground diameter, crown width, tiller number, root
weight and the content of psoralen in the roots of F. hirta under different growth ages were compared between
F. hirta seedlings and five-lobed tissue-cultured seedlings. The results showed that, 8 months after planting,
the plant height and tiller number of five-lobed tissue-cultured seedlings were significantly (P<0. 05) and extremely significantly (P<0. 01) higher than those of the seedlings, and there was no significant difference in
crown width between the two. After 1 year of planting, the ground diameter of the seedlings was extremely significantly greater than that of the tissue-cultured seedlings (P<0. 01), whereas the tiller number of the tissue-cultured seedlings was highly significantly greater than that of the seedlings (P<0. 01). Three years after planting, no significant difference in root mass was found between the tissue-cultured seedlings and the seedlings.
However, the growth of tissue-cultured seedlings is basically the same, and the differences between individual
seedlings are great, and the tissue-cultured seedlings can maintain the excellent traits of the mother plant, which
is beneficial for the promotion of the five-lobed F. hirta. The content of psoralen (3. 02 g·kg
-1
) in the roots
of 1. 5-year-old F. hirta tissue-cultured seedlings was significantly higher than the content of psoralen (1. 47
g·kg
-1
) in the roots of 3. 5-year-old F. hirta tissue-cultured seedlings (P<0. 01). However, in terms of
yield, it is recommended to harvest F. hirta for more than 3 years old. |
