不同品系土沉香在不同造林方式下的早期生长表现

摘要:
为筛选出适合在粤西地区推广种植的土沉香 Aquilaria sinensis 优良易结香品系以及适宜的林分 条件, 采用林分与品系双因素完全随机区组试验设计, 选择 ‘紫棋’ ‘油叶子’ ‘糖结’ ‘凹身’ ‘西瓜 叶’ ‘金丝油’ 共 6 个土沉香易结香品系嫁接苗分别营建纯林, 以及在喜树 Camptotheca acuminata 和交趾 黄檀 Dalbergia cochinchinensis 林下套种, 测定 2 a 后的树高、 地径以及高径比, 分析不同品系生长性状的 遗传参数变化, 通过隶属函数法进行生长综合评价。 结果表明, 林分、 品系及其交互作用对土沉香的树 高、 地径以及高径比均有显著影响 (P<0. 05)。 各生长性状在品系水平上受到较高强度的遗传控制 (h 2 > 0. 7), 且遗传稳定性好。 其中, 表现最优的处理为 ‘凹身’ 纯林, 其树高、 地径分别为 144. 7 cm、 37. 26 mm, 显著高于其他组合; 交趾黄檀林下套种 ‘紫棋’ 的树高、 地径生长量最小, 分别为 87. 5 cm、 14. 59 mm; 土沉香苗木的地径与树高、 高径比之间存在极显著的相关关系 (P<0. 01)。 苗木生长综合评价分析 表明, ‘凹身’ 在不同林分下的早期生长表现均较为突出, 适宜在粤西地区推广种植。

Early Growth Performance of Different Varieties of Aquilaria sinensis under Different Afforestation Methods

Abstract:
To screen out the excellent and easy-to-form fragrance varieties of Aquilaria sinensis and the suitable stand conditions for popularization and planting in western Guangdong, the two -factor randomized block experiment design of stand and variety was adopted. Six easy -to -set strains of A. sinensis, including ""Ziqi "" , ""Youyezi"" , ""Tangjie"" , ""Aoshen"" , ""Xiguaye"" and ""Jinsiyou"" , were selected to construct pure forests by grafting seedlings. The height, ground diameter and height-diameter ratio of Camptotheca acuminata and Dalbergia cochinchinensis were measured after two years. The genetic variation of each growth trait of different strains was analyzed, and the comprehensive evaluation was carried out by applying the membership function method. The results indicated that stand, varieties and their interaction had significant effects on height, ground diameter and height-diameter ratio (P<0. 05). The growth traits were under high genetic control at the strain level ( h 2 > 0. 7), and the genetic stability was good. Among them, the treatment combination with the best performance was pure forest of ""Aoshen"" , and its seedling height and ground diameter were 144. 7 cm and 37. 26 mm, respectively, which were significantly higher than other treatments. The height and ground diameter growth of D. cochinchinensis×""Ziqi"" was the lowest, which were 87. 5 cm and 14. 59 mm, respectively. There was a significant correlation between the ground diameter of A. sinensis seedlings and tree height and height-diameter ratio (P<0. 01). The comprehensive evaluation analysis of seedling growth showed that the early growth performance of the ""Aoshen"" under different stands was more prominent, which was suitable for planting in western Guangdong.
