不同砧木及地径规格对 ‘吉祥’ 樱嫁接成活率和苗期 生长节律的影响

摘要:
为探究不同砧木及地径规格对嫁接成活率与苗木生长节律的影响, 以 ‘吉祥’ 樱 Cerasus conradinae ""Jixiang"" 为试验材料, 定期测定其嫁接成活率、 株高与接口径生长量、 接口径愈合度等指标, 分析 其嫁接成活率与生长节律的差异性。 试验结果表明, ‘吉祥’ 樱嫁接成活率随地径增大而提高, 最高可达 53. 33%; 以钟花樱 Prunus campanulata 为砧木的嫁接成活率最高 (48. 13%); 以 1. 6~2. 0 cm 地径的 ‘小 乔’ 樱 C. speciosa ""Xiaoqiao"" 嫁接效果最好, 成活率最高可达 56. 00%; 愈合度与嫁接成活率呈极显著正相 关 (P<0. 01), 与株高、 接口径呈极显著负相关 (P<0. 01)。 ‘吉祥’ 樱嫁接苗的株高、 接口径生长趋势 均为典型的 “慢—快—慢” “S” 型生长曲线, 均划分为生长前期、 快速生长期、 缓慢生长期 3 个生长阶 段; 其生长动态更符合 Quadratic 生长模型, 株高和接口径拟合相关系数分别达 0. 992、 0. 996。

Abstract:
To explore the effects of different rootstocks and ground diameter specifications on grafting survival rate and seedling growth rhythm, this study used Cerasus conradinae ""Jixiang"" as the experimental material. By regularly measuring indicators such as grafting survival rate, plant height, graft union diameter growth, and graft union healing degree, the differences in grafting survival rate and growth rhythm were analyzed. The findings aim to provide a reference for efficient propagation and the formulation of reasonable cultivation and ma-intenance measures for each growth stage. The experimental results showed that the grafting survival rate of C. conradinae ""Jixiang"" increased with the ground diameter, reaching a maximum of 53. 33%. The highest grafting survival rate (48. 13%) was achieved with Prunus campanulata as the rootstock. The best grafting results were obtained with C. speciosa ""Xiaoqiao"" with a ground diameter of 1. 6-2. 0 cm, achieving a maximum survival rate of 56. 00%. The healing degree showed a highly significant positive correlation with the grafting survival rate (P<0. 01) and a highly significant negative correlation with plant height and graft union diameter (P<0. 01). The growth trends of plant height and graft union diameter of C. conradinae ""Jixiang"" grafted seedlings both exhibited a typical " slow-fast -slow" S -shaped growth curve, which was divided into three stages: early growth, rapid growth, and slow growth. The growth dynamics were better described by the Quadratic growth model, and the fitting correlation coefficients of plant height and grafting diameter were 0. 992 and 0. 996, respectively.
