交趾黄檀沙床扦插苗移植影响因素研究∗

摘要:
为了提高交趾黄檀 Dalbergia cochinchinensis 扦插效果, 开展沙床扦插苗移植至容器的研究。 结果表明, 不同移植时间扦插 150 d 容器苗的成活率和抽梢高度均达极显著差异水平 (P<0. 01), 基径 差异不显著, 8 月下旬的移植成活率与 10 月下旬相比增加 9. 8 个百分点, 抽梢长度增加 227. 3%; 不同保 留主干高度容器苗的成活率、 基径和抽梢长度均未达到显著差异水平, 但以保留主干高度 60 cm 处理的, 苗木新梢最长, 成活率较高; 不同容器规格与基质容器苗的基径和高度均达极显著差异水平 (P<0. 01), 成活率未达到显著差异水平, 成活率最高的为处理 3 (红土 7 份+泥炭土 3 份+小袋), 基径和高度最大的 为处理 9 (红土 7 份+泥炭土 3 份+大袋), 容器苗成本最低的为处理 1 (红土 6 份+山沙土 4 份+小袋)。 通 过综合分析提出培育 1 a 生容器苗, 沙床扦插苗移植至容器的最佳时间为 8 月下旬, 保留主干高度 60 cm, 容器规格和基质配方 (体积比) 以红土 6 份+山沙土 4 份+小袋为最佳组合, 平均成活率达 92. 10%以上, 苗木健壮, 节省育苗成本 64. 2%, 可以在生产上推广应用。

Study on Factors Affecting the Transplantation of Dalbergia cochinchinensis Cutting Seedlings in Sand-bed

Abstract:
To improve the cutting effect of Dalbergia cochinchinensis, a study on transplanting sand-bed cutting seedlings to containers was carried out. The results showed that the survival rate and shoot height of container seedlings with 150 days of cutting were significantly different at different transplanting times (P<0. 01). There was no significant difference in basal diameter. The survival rate of transplantation in late August was 9. 8 percentage points higher than that in late October, and the sprout length was increased by 227. 3%. The survival rate, basal diameter and shoot length of container seedlings with different trunk heights did not reach a significant difference. However, the new shoots and survival rate of seedlings were the highest or higher when the trunk height was 60 cm. The basal diameter and height of seedlings in different container specifications and substrate containers were significantly different (P<0. 01), and the survival rate did not reach a significant difference level. The highest survival rate was treatment 3 (7 parts of red soil+3 parts of peat soil+small containers), the largest basal diameter and height was treatment 9 (7 parts of red soil+3 parts of peat soil+large containers),and the lowest cost of container seedling was treatment 1 (6 parts of red soil+4 parts of mountain sand soil+small containers). Through comprehensive analysis, it was proposed that the best time to cultivate one-year-old container seedlings and transplant sand -bed cutting seedlings to containers was in late August, the height of the trunk was60 cm, and the container specifications and substrate formula (volume ratio) were 6 parts of red soil+4 parts of mountain sand soil +small containers. The average survival rate was more than 92. 10%, the seedlings were robust, and the cost of raising seedlings was saved by 64. 2%, which could be popularized and applied in production.
