‘宗儒樱’ Cerasus campanulata ‘Zongruying’ 是从钟花樱 C. campanulata 中选育的观赏性好、
花期早的耐热樱花新品种, 开发前景广阔。 以 ‘宗儒樱’ 成年大树当年生健壮枝条为接穗, 探究砧木种
类及规格对嫁接成活、 愈合和生长的影响, 并观测其嫁接苗生长规律。 结果表明: 嫁接成活率受砧木种类
及规格影响小, 3 种砧木均适合嫁接 ‘宗儒樱’, 其中钟花樱最适, 平均成活率达 91. 4%; ‘宗儒樱’ 在
‘小乔’ 和钟花樱上的愈合速度均较快, 接口愈合速度随着砧木粗度增大而变慢; ‘宗儒樱’ 嫁接生产上
以地径 0. 6~0. 9 cm 钟花樱最佳; 各试验组间 ‘宗儒樱’ 苗高和接口径生长趋势一致, 均呈 “慢—快—
慢” 趋势且都只有一个生长高峰; 各试验组间 3 阶段苗高和接口径分界点、 生长量及持续时间差异小,
各阶段生长量占比相近, 接口径速生期较苗高速生期开始早、 结束晚、 持续时间长。 |

Cerasus campanulata ′Zongruying′ selected from C. campanulata is a new heat-resistant cultivar
with good ornamental and early flowering, it has a vast develop prospect. In this paper, the effects of different
rootstocks types and specifications on surviving, healing and growing were researched by using the annual and
strong stems from adult trees as scions. The growth regularity of grafted seedlings was also observed. The results showed that the effects of different rootstocks types and specifications on survival rate was small. The 3 rootstocks were all suitable for C. campanulata ′Zongruying′ grafting, of which C. campanulata was the most suitable, the average survival rate was 91. 4%. C. campanulata ′Zongruying′ heals quickly both on C. speciosa ′Xiaoqiao′ and C. campanulata. The healing rate of the interface decreased with the increase of stock thickness.C. campanulata with diameter 0. 6-0. 9 cm is the best choice in production. The differences of cut-off point,
growth amount and duration on height and diameter in 3 stages among different test groups were small, and the
proportion in each stage were similar. The rapid growth period of diameter began earlier, ended later and lasted
longer than the rapid growth period of height. |
