自然教育夏令营儿童心理行为动态研究∗

摘要:
为探索基于问题学习 (Problem-based learning, PBL) 的自然教育课程对儿童心理发展与自然 联结的促进作用, 研究采用纵向研究和观察法对参加 7 天自然教育夏令营的 11 名 5 ~ 11 岁的儿童进行心 理追踪测量和行为观察。 结果表明: 7 天自然教育课程期间, 儿童积极情绪始终保持在中高水平; 自然教 育对儿童自然联结有增进作用; 在问题解决课程中, 儿童的问题解决能力和社交力有所提高, 优良的自 然教育课程能够促进儿童身心健康发展和积极行为品质培养。

An Investigation Into the Evolving Patterns of Children′s Mental Health and Behavior in the Context of the Nature Education Summer Program

Abstract:
In order to explore the role of the Problem-based learning (PBL) nature education program i improving children′s psyc n hological development and nature connection, the study used longitudinal research and observation methods to conduct psychological tracking measurements and behavioral observations on eleven children aged 5-11 years old who participated in the 7-day nature education summer camp. The results showed that children′s positive emotions were consistently maintained at a medium-high level during the 7-day nature education program. Nature education had an enhancing effect on children′s connectedness to nature. During the problem-solving course, children′s problem-solving ability and social skills were improved, and a good nature education program can promote children′s physical and mental health development and positive behavioral qualities.
