基质和植物生长调节剂对大红花扦插生根的影响

摘要:
为了筛选出适宜大红花 Hibiscus rosa-sinensis 扦插的培养条件, 研究选择黄心土、 轻基质、 泥炭土、 混合土 (黄心土??轻基质??泥炭土 = 2??4??4) 4 种基质, ABT、 IBA 和 NAA3 种植物生长调 节剂, 250 mg / L、 500 mg / L 和 750 mg / L3 种质量浓度进行试验。 结果显示, 混合土基质扦插的大红花 根系数量、 根长、 生根率及根系效果指数分别为 3. 86 个、 5. 82 cm、 87. 50%和 1. 84, 显著优于黄心 土、 泥炭土、 轻基质 (P<0. 05) ; 750 mg / L 的 ABT 在根系数量、 根长、 生根率、 根系效果指数 4 个 方面均达到最大值, 分别为 5. 06 个、 6. 54、 87. 89%和 2. 68, 是最适宜大红花扦插的植物生长调节剂 和浓度; 试验结果表明, 大红花扦插生根率最高的处理为以黄心土为基质, 750 mg / L 的 ABT 激素速 蘸 30 s。 研究探明了不同基质类型、 不同植物生长调节剂种类及浓度梯度下大红花穗条扦插苗生根率 及根系发育差异。

Effects of Substrate and Plant Hormones on Rooting of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis Cuttings

Abstract:
By comparing the survival rate and root development of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis cuttings under different substrates, the suitable cultivation conditions for safflower cuttings were screened, which will provide a scientific basis for the propagation of safflower cuttings. In this study, four kinds of substrates of yellow soil, light-medium, peat soil and mixed soil (yellow soil??light medium??peat soil = 2??4??4), three kinds of plant hormones of ABT, IBA and NAA, and three kinds of concentrations, 250 mg / L, 500 mg / L and 750 mg / L, were selected for the orthogonal test. The results showed that the root number, root length, rooting rate and root effect indices of safflower cuttings of mixed soil were 3. 86, 5. 82 cm, 87. 50% and 1. 84, respectively, which were significantly better than yellow soil, light-medium, peat soil (P<0. 05). The root number, root length, rooting rate and root effect indices of safflower cuttings of ABT of 750 mg / L were the maximum, which was 5. 06, 6. 54, 87. 89% and 2. 68, respectively. The orthogonal test results showed that the optimal combination with the highest rooting rate of safflower cuttings was A1B3C3 ( using yellow soil as the substrate, soaked in 750 mg / L ABT for 30 s). This study investigated the differences in rooting rate and root development of Safflower cuttings under different substrate types, plant hormones and concentrations, which will provide technical support for the propagation of Safflowers variety.
