极小种群野生植物海南假韶子种子发芽特性及 迁地保护的生长研究

摘要:
为了解海南假韶子 Paranephelium hainanense 的适生区域, 培育种子苗, 并把野外自然种群更新小苗 迁至三亚市林业科学研究院建立保护地块, 观测种子苗和野外更新苗生长及进行物候监测。 结果表明, (1) 质 量浓度为 200 mg·L -1 植物生长调节剂双吉尔 GGR 提高海南假韶子种子发芽率和成苗率, 分别为 43. 3%和 92. 31%。 (2) 6 a 生的生长监测结果显示, 迁地保护的两种类型苗木成活率均在 95%以上, 野外林下更新幼苗 和种子苗的苗高和地径净生长量均随着苗龄增加呈先上升后下降趋势, 前者的平均苗高年生长量为 54. 81 cm, 平均地径年生长量为 5. 89 mm; 后者的平均苗高年生长量为 48. 75 cm, 平均地径年生长量为 3. 72 mm。 在第 3 年—第 6 年期间, 海南假韶子保持着较高的高增长、 冠幅增长和地径增长。 (3) 通过物候观察, 海南假韶子 2 个自然种群幼苗已经在迁地保护区开花结果, 始花年龄为 5 年, 花期 2 月底—4 月, 果期 5—7 月, 其花期和果 期均比野外植株早一些。 基于研究结果表明, 海南假韶子的迁地保护取得一定的成效。

Studies on Germination Characteristics and Ex-situ Conservation Growth of Extremely Small Populations Paranephelium hainanense

Abstract:
To understand the ecological adaptability of Paranephelium hainanense, seed germination characteristics and wild natural population seedlings and seed seeding were carried out to establish ex-situ conservation bases at the Sanya Academy of Forest, the growth and phenology were observed. The results showed that: (1) GGR, a plant growth regulator at a concentration of 200 mg / L, promoted the germination rate of P. hainanense seeds and increased the seedling survival rate by 43. 3% and 92. 31%, respectively. (2) Six-year -old growth monitoring showed that the survival rates of the two types of ex-situ protected seedlings were above 95%, and the height and net growth volume of field seedlings and seed seedlings increased first and then decreased with the increase of seedling age. The average height and diameter of the former were 54. 81 cm and 5. 89 mm, while the latter were 48. 75 cm and 3. 72 mm, respectively. During the 3 a-6 a period, it maintained a significantly high growth, crown growth, and diameter growth. In this study, the seedlings of two natural populations of P. hainanense were protected ex-situ. (3) Through phonological observation, the seedlings of two natural populations of P. hainanense have already blossomed and fruited in the ex-situ reserve. With the first flowering age of 5 years, the flowering period was from the end of February to April, and the fruiting period was from May to July, the flowering period and fruiting period were earlier than those of wild plants. Based on the research results, the ex-situ conservation of P. hainanense has achieved some results.
