榕透翅毒蛾室内饲养研究

摘要:
为探索榕透翅毒蛾 Perina nuda 室内饲养技术, 为其防治技术研究提供基础, 分析榕透翅毒蛾 初孵幼虫对不同寄主植物的选择性, 并在温度 (25±1)℃、 相对湿度 65% ~75%、 光周期 14 L ∶ 10 D 条件 下, 调查利用细叶榕 Ficus microcarpa 作为食料植物室内饲养榕透翅毒蛾的发育历期和发育状况。 结果表 明: 榕透翅毒蛾初孵幼虫最喜好取食细叶榕, 其次分别为垂叶榕 F. benjamina、 琴叶榕 F. pandurata、 菩 提榕 F. religiosa、 黄葛榕 F. virens 和对叶榕 F. hispida; 室内饲养榕透翅毒蛾完成 1 代雌虫需 42. 34 天, 雄虫需 43. 43 天, 卵期平均 6. 42 天; 幼虫 7 龄, 幼虫期平均 22. 09 天; 预蛹 1~3 天, 蛹期 5~ 8 天; 雌成 虫存活 4~12 天, 雄成虫存活 2 ~ 11 天。 卵孵化率为 95. 67%, 化蛹率为 87. 78%, 羽化率为 93. 67%, 雌 雄性比为 1 ∶ 1. 26; 雌蛾的产卵量为 80~484 粒; 室内连续饲养 3 代, 种群未出现退化现象。 因此, 该研 究的技术方法可以得到大量发育良好、 虫龄一致的榕透翅毒蛾虫源, 适合榕透翅毒蛾的大量繁殖。

Study on Indoor Rearing Technique of Perina nuda

Abstract:
To explore the indoor rearing technology of Perina nuda, and provide the basis for the research of its control technology. The selectivity of 1st instar larval of P. nuda to different host plants was analyzed. Under the conditions at (25±1)℃ and 65%-75% RH ina 14 h photoperiod, the development period and development status of P. nuda were investigated by using Ficus microcarpa as a food plant. The results showed that 1st instar larval of P. nuda preferred to eat F. microcarpa, followed by F. benjamina, F. pandurata, F. religiosa, F. virens and F. hispida. It took 42. 34 days for the female and 43. 43 days for the male for one generation, and the average egg stage was 6. 42 days. The larvae reached 7 instars, with an average duration of 22. 09 days. The prepupal stage lasted for 1 to 3 days and the pupal stage lasted for 5 to 8 days. Female adults live for 4 to 12 days and male adults live for 2 to 11 days. The hatching rate was 95. 67%, the pupation rate was 87. 78%, the emergence rate was 93. 67%, and the ratio of female to male was 1 ∶ 1. 26. One female moth lays 80 to 484 eggs. There was no degradation in biological characteristics after 3 rearing. Therefore, P. nuda reared by the technique of this study was found full-grown and homogeneous growth age. This rearing technique is suitable for the mass rearing of P. nuda.
