为筛选出适合粤西地区推广种植的优良黑木相思 Acacia melanoxylon 无性系, 选取 SR3、
R14、 SR17、 SR20、 SR21、 SR25、 SR53、 SF1 共 8 个黑木相思无性系组培苗, 测定造林 2 年后的树高、
胸径和保存率。 结果表明: 不同无性系间树高、 胸径、 保存率均存在显著差异 (P<0. 05)。 其中, SR17
的树高、 胸径、 保存率均为最大, 分别为 6. 49 m、 7. 08 cm, 97%; SF1 的树高、 胸径、 保存率均为最低,
分别为 4. 7 m、 5. 3 cm, 93%。 对不同无性系生长性状进行评价, 苗木生长指标的综合得分排序依次为:
SR17>SR14>SR21>SR25>SR20>SR53>SR3>SF1。 综合早期生长表现, SR17、 SR14 生长速度快、 保存率高、
适应性强, 适合在粤西地区推广种植; SF1 生长速度慢、 保存率低, 不宜于在粤西地区大面积推广种植。 |

To screen out the excellent Acacia melanoxylon clones suitable for planting in western Guangong, eight tissue culture seedlingsof A. melanoxylon, including SR3, SR14, SR17, SR20, SR21, SR25,
SR53, and SF1, were selected to cultivate seedlings, and the growth indexes such as tree height, DBH, and
preservation rate were measured after two years of afforestation. The results showed that there were significant
differences in tree height, DBH, and preservation rate among different clones ( P < 0. 05) . Among them,
SR17 had the highest tree height, DBH, and preservation rate, which were 6. 49 m, 7. 08 cm, and 97%, respectively. SF1 had the lowest tree height, DBH, and preservation rate, which were 4. 7 m, 5. 3 cm, and
93%, respectively. Thegrowth traits of different cloneswere evaluated, andthe comprehensive scores of seedling
growth indexes were ranked asfollows: SR17>SR14>SR21>SR25>SR20>SR53>SR3>SF1. Based on the early
growth performance, SR17 and SR14 havefastgrowth rates, high preservation rates, and strong adaptability,
which are suitable for planting in western Guangdong. SF1 hasa slow growth rate and low preservation rate, soit
is not suitable for large-scale planting in western Guangdong. |
