赪桐 Clerodendrum japonicum 作为传统的民间药用植物,可全株入药;耐荫性较好,是林下造景的优良灌木树种,具有潜在药用价值和经济价值。研究表明,赪桐具有较好的抗炎、抗菌、抗补体和抗肿瘤等药效,主要含黄酮类、甾体、香豆素、三萜类等化学成分,并已建立了相应最佳提取工艺。在种苗繁育方面,主要以扦插繁殖为主,可以达到最佳的育苗成效。目前,赪桐分子生物学研究基础较为薄弱,已获得叶绿体基因组和花期全长转录组等序列信息。赪桐由于观赏与药用价值兼备,在林下经济发展、园林绿化及医疗保健方面都有较高的应用价值。文章综述了赪桐药理活性、化学成分、繁殖方法、分子生物学研究、经济价值及其产业化应用等研究进展。 |

Clerodendrum japonicum is a traditional folk medicinal plant, and the whole plant can be used as medicine.Clerodendrum japonicum has excellent shade tolerance and is an excellent shrub species for understory landscaping, with great potential medicinal and economic values. Studies have shown that Clerodendrum japonicum has good anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anticomplementary and antitumor efficacy, mainly containing flavonoids, steroids, coumarins, triterpenoids and other chemical compositions, and the corresponding optimal extraction process has been established. In terms of seedling production, cuttings can be propagated with optimal results. Currently, the research base of molecular biology of Clerodendrum japonicum is relatively weak, and sequence information such as chloroplast genome and full-length transcriptome of flowering has been obtained. Clerodendron japonicus has high application value in understory economic development, landscaping and health care due to both ornamental and medicinal value. The purpose of this paper is to review the research progress of Clerodendron japonicus in terms of pharmacological activity, chemical composition, propagation method, molecular biology research, economic value and its industrial application, with a view to providing reference for the excavation of red tungsten resources and the deep development and utilization. |
