东莞市大岭山森林公园陆生野生脊椎动物物种多样性

摘要:
陆生野生脊椎动物资源本底是各类自然保护地开展多样性保护的基础。为了掌握陆生野生脊椎动物资源现状,于 2021 年 11 月至 2 022 年 12 月,利用样线法、红外相机监测法、专项调查法等,对东莞市大岭山森林公园陆生野生脊椎动物资源进行调查。调查结果表明:(1)大岭山森林公园共记录到脊椎动物 126 种,隶属于 4 纲 19 目 57 科 103 属,其中,国家 II 级重点保护野生动物 12 种;与 2018年调查数据相比,增加了 44 种,其中,鸟类物种数增加最多,为 21 种,两栖类仅增加 2 种。(2)根据样线法调查结果,优势度指数最高的两栖类为黑眶蟾蜍 Duttaphrynus melanostictus(0.612)、爬行类为中国壁虎 Gekko chinensis(0.190)、鸟类为暗绿绣眼鸟 Zosterops simplex(0.197);Shannon-winner 多样性指数和 Marglef 丰富度指数均是鸟类最高(分别是 3.103、8.085),Pielou 均匀度指数则是爬行类最高(0.933)。(3)根据红外相机监测结果,拍摄到兽类 6 种、鸟类 36 种;兽类优势种为野猪 Sus scrofa(RAI=3.07),网格占有率最高的则是豹猫 Prionailurus bengalensis(GOi=1.00);鸟类优势种为紫啸鸫Myophonus caeruleus(6.90),网格占有率最高的则是虎斑地鸫 Zoothera dauma(1.00)。

Terrestrial Vertebrate Species Richness in Dongguan Dalingshan Forest Park

Abstract:
The background of terrestrial vertebrate resources is the basis for the eff ecti ve management of biodiversity in nature res erves. To know well the latest situation of terrestrial vertebrate resources in Dongguan Dalingshan Forest Park, we took fi eld surveys from Nov. 2021 to Dec. 2022 by using the method of line transect, infrared camera trap, and special investigation. The results indicated that: (1)126 species of wild vertebrates have been recorded in Dongguan Dalingshan Forest Park, belonging to 4 classes, 19 orders, 57 families, and 103 genera, including 12 species of national second-class key protected animals. Comparing with the data in 2018, 44 species were added, and the number of bird species increased the most, up to 21 species, while only two species of amphibians were added. (2)For the data of the line tran sect survey, the highest dominance index of amphibians is Duttaphrynus melanostictus(0.612), that of reptilians is Gekko chinensis(0.190), and that o f aves is Zosterops simplex(0.197). The highest Shannon-winner dive rsity index and Marglef richness index are both aves(3 .103, 8.085, respectively), but the highest Pielou evenness index is reptilians(0.933). (3)For the data of the infrared camera trap survey, we got 647 independent images of large and medium-sized mammals, and 2 059 independent images of ground-moving aves, belonging to six species of mammals and 36 species of aves, respectively. The dominant species of mammals is Sus scrofa (RAI=3.07), while that of aves is Myophonus caeruleus(6.90). The highest grid occupancy of mammals is Prionailurus bengalensis(GOi=1.00), while that of aves is Zoothera dauma(1.00). The background of terrestrial wild vertebrate resources of Dongguan Dalingshan Forest Park is primarily known through this survey, and the results will provide the scientific basis for the conservational strategy.
