古树名木价值等级评估研究 ———以广州市从化区古树名木为例

摘要:
为了更好地保护和利用古树名木资源, 文章通过资源调查, 运用决策分析法和德尔菲法, 提出了一套基于自然、 文化、 景观因素的古树名木价值评估体系, 并构建了评估模型。 以广州市从化区部分古树名木为例, 对该体系和评估模型进行了初步应用和验证。 该评估模型中树木被划分为 5 个级别, A 级树 木要求其自然、 文化、 景观价值同时为最高级, 极为稀有, 从化区古树名木主要处于 AA 级和 AAA 级, 少数处于 AAAA 级和 AAAAA 级。

Abstract:
In order to better protect and utilize ancient and famous tree resources, this paper has put forward a set of value evaluation systems of ancient and famous trees based on natural, cultural, and landscape factors through resource investigation by using theanalytic hierarchy process and the Delphi method, and constructed an evaluation model. Taking some ancient and famous trees in the Conghua District of Guangzhou as an example, the system and evaluation model were preliminarily applied and verified. Trees in our evaluation model can bedivided into five levels. The A-level tree requires its natural, cultural, and landscape values all to be the highest degree, which is extremely rare. Most of the ancient and famous trees in Conghua are principally in AA and AAA levels, with a few in AAAA and AAAAA levels.
