基于红外相机技术对广东平远龙文—黄田省级自然保护 区林下鸟兽生物多样性监测

摘要:
为进一步查清广东平远龙文—黄田省级自然保护区鸟兽多样性、种群数量及分布,于 2021年 7 月至 2022 年 1 月使用红外相机技术及公里网格布设法对保护区全域进行监测。红外相机共拍摄独立有效照片 8 182 张,鉴定出鸟兽 14 目 28 科 58 种,包括兽类 4 目 10 科 15 种,鸟类 10 目 18 科 43 种,其中,国家一级重点保护动物 1 种,国家二级重点保护动物 11 种。新增 11 种鸟类记录,确认小灵猫Viverricula indica、豹猫 Prionailurus bengalensis 等国家一、二级重点保护物种在保护区的种群存续。兽类中,相对多度指数和网格占有率排前三位的物种是小麂 Muntiacus reevesi、倭花鼠Tamiops maritimus、野猪 Sus scrofa;鸟类的前三位则是白鹇 Lophura nycthemera、紫啸鸫 Myophonus caeruleus、白眉山鹧鸪Arborophila gingica,其中,白鹇、紫啸鸫、白眉山鹧鸪和倭花鼠为典型的昼行性动物,小麂和野猪以日间活动为主。该次红外相机监测有效地补充了林下鸟类、兽类和多种珍稀濒危种的数据,发现林下有蹄类动物优势显著、大型食肉动物缺失等特点,同时发现保护区仍受到一定程度的人为干扰,亟待开展进一步生物多样性调查及制定相应保护措施。

Investigation of Bird and Mammal Diversity in Guangdong Pingyuan Longwen-Huangtian Provincial Nature Reserve Based on Camera Trapping Technology

Abstract:
To further investigate the diversity, population size, and distribution of birds and animals in Longwen-Huangtian Provincial Nature Reserve in Pingyuan, Guangdong province, the whole area of the reserve was monitored from July 2021 to January 2022 using infrared camera technology and kilometer grid distribution. A total of 8 182 independent and effective images were collected,and 58 species of birds and animals of 14 orders and 28 families were identifi ed, including 15 species of 4 orders and 10 families of beasts, and 43 species of 10 orders and 18 families of birds, of which 1 species of national first-class key protected animals and 11 species of national second-class key protected animals were identified. The survey added 11 new bird records to the reserve and confirmed the population survival of national first and second-class protected animals such as Viverricula indica and Prionailurus bengalensis. Among mammals, the relative abundance index and grid occupancy of Muntiacus reevesi, Tamiops maritimus and Sus scrofa occupied the top three. Among the birds, the relative abundance index and grid occupancy of Lophura nycthemera, Myophonus caeruleus and Arborophila gingica occupied the top three. L. nycthemera , M. caeruleus, A. gingica and T. maritimus were typical diurnal animals, while M. reevesi and S. scrofa were mainly diurnal animals. The work effectively supplemented the data of understory birds, mammals, and a variety of rare and endangered species. We found that ungulates had significant advantages, and large carnivores were missing. Moreover, it was found that the reserve was still under certain pressure of human disturbance, and further biodiversity investigation and corresponding protection measures were urgently needed.
