空气修根对3个油茶品系生长的影响

摘要:
为探究空气修根技术对不同油茶 Camellia oleifera 品系嫁接苗生长及根系发育的影响,以 1 a 生油茶嫁接苗为研究对象,以无纺布袋为试验容器,采用空气修根技术处理根部,定植土壤 1 a 后,比较 油茶裸根苗和空气修根苗成活率、苗高、地径、叶面积、根系形态及各部位生物量的差异,分析空气修 根对苗木生长和根系发育的影响。结果表明:(1)空气修根提高油茶苗成活率。(2)空气修根促进油茶 苗高、地径、叶面积生长,涨幅分别为 2.28%~22.73%、0.33%~35.96%、0.89%~2.99%。(3)空气修根刺 激根长度生长,涨幅 33.25%~232.32%,增加 d > 0.5 mm 根数量、d≤0.5 mm 根数量、根表面积和体积, 增幅分别为 8.33%~20.00%、83.41%~103.43%、43.53%~242.82%、77.16%~277.11%。(4)空气修根提高 油茶地下、地上部分生物量累积,增加根冠比。综上所述,空气修根刺激侧根生长,增加侧根数量和生 物量,提高油茶造林成活率,有利于油茶容器苗工厂化培育和推广应用。

Eff ects of Air-cutting of Root on the Growth of Three Camellia oleifera Cultivars

Abstract:
To study the impact of root air-cutting on the growth and root development of various Camellia oleifera grafted seedling varieties, we utilized one-year-old C. oleifera grafted seedlings grown in non-woven bags. Following the root air-cutting treatment, the treatment group and control group were planted in soil for a year. A comparison was made between the treatment and control groups in terms of survival rate, seedling height, ground diameter, leaf area, root morphology, and biomass. The analysis focused on assessing the eff ects of root air-cutting on seedling growth and root development. The results indicate that: (1) Root air-cutting improves the survival rate of C. oleifera seedlings. (2) Root air-cutting promotes the growth of seedling height, ground diameter, and leaf area, with increases ranging from 2.28% to 22.73%, 0.33% to 35.96%, and 0.89% to 2.99%, respectively. (3) Root air-cutting stimulates root length growth, with increases ranging from 33.25% to 232.32%. It also increases the number of roots with a diameter greater than 0.5 mm, the number of roots with a diameter less than or equal to 0.5 mm, root surface area, and volume, with increases ranging from8.33% to 20.00%, 83.41% to 103.43%, 43.53% to 242.82%, and 77.16% to 277.11%, respectively. (4) Root air-cutting enhances the accumulation of both underground and above-ground biomass of C. oleifera seedlings and increases the rootto-shoot ratio. In conclusion, root air-cutting stimulates lateral root growth, increases the number and biomass of lateral roots, improves the survival rate of C. oleifera reforestation, and is benefi cial for the industrial cultivation and widespread application of containerized C. oleifera seedlings.
