不同栽培基质对大花荣耀木生长的影响

摘要:
为提升大花荣耀木 Tibouchina granulosa 栽培技术、筛选适宜其生长的栽培基质,以园林废 弃物堆肥、椰糠、蛭石等材料均匀混配 9 种基质,以园林废弃物堆肥∶黄泥 = 6 ∶ 4 为对照,研究不同 栽培基质的理化性质及对大花荣耀木株高、冠幅、茎粗、SPAD、分枝数、生物量、根系形态等指标的 影响,并采用隶属函数分析进行综合评价。结果表明:与对照相比,9 种栽培基质的理化性质出现明显 变化,pH 降低 0.1~1.3 个单位,容重降低 0.4~0.7 g/cm3 ,有机质含量增加 3.4~38.9 g/kg、总孔隙度增加 4.2%~16.4% 以及通气度增加 2.5%~15.2%,并有效促进了大花荣耀木的生长。隶属函数分析结果表明, T8(园林废弃物堆肥∶黄泥∶椰糠∶珍珠岩∶蛭石 = 4 ∶ 1 ∶ 2 ∶ 1 ∶ 2)为大花荣耀木较优的基质配方。

Effect of Different Cultivation Substrates on the Growth of Tibouchina granulosa

Abstract:
In order to improve the cultivation technique and screen out the suitable cultivation substrates for the growth of Tibouchina granulosa, nine substrates were designed by using garden waste compost, coconut bran, vermiculite, etc. Garden waste compost: yellow soil= 6∶4 was used as control. The substrates physicochemical properties and their effects on plant height, crown width, stem diameter, SPAD, branch number, biomass, and root morphology were studied and comprehensively evaluated by membership function analysis. The results showed that the pH decreased by 0.1-1.3, bulk density of the nine cultivation substrates decreased by 0.4-0.7 g/ cm3 , the organic matter content increased by 3.4-38.9 g/kg, total porosity increased by 4.2%-16.4%, and venting quality increased by 4.2%-16.4% when compared with the control, which effectively promoted the growth of T. granulosa. The membership function analysis showed that the formula T8 (garden waste compost∶yellow soil∶coconut bran∶perlite∶vermiculite= 4∶1∶2∶1∶2) is more suitable for the growth of T. granulosa.
