尾叶桉早期速生和抗病无性系选择研究*

摘要:
为选出速生和抗病性均好的无性系,以 70 个尾叶桉 Eucalyptus urophylla 无性系为试验材料, 利用混合线性模型对尾叶桉 6 个月树高(H6)、18 个月(后同)胸径(D18)、18 个月时材积(V18)和 18 个月时抗病性指数(C18)性状进行遗传参数估算,同时通过基因型综合指数选择法对 18 个月时尾叶桉无 性系进行早期选择。试验结果表明,尾叶桉无性系的早期生长快,H6、D18、V18 和 C18 平均值分别为 2.10 m,5.03 cm、1.06 cm3 和 0.66;尾叶桉 H6、D18、V18 和 C18 在无性系间达极显著水平(P < 0.01),其无性 系重复力介于 0.76~0.90 之间,单株重复力分别为 0.18~0.58,表明遗传和环境因子均是影响尾叶桉生长的 重要因素。生长性状间表型与加性相关均达到显著或极显著水平,达 0.55 以上;抗病指数与生长性状间 表型相关不显著,而与 C18 与 D18 和 V18 之间的遗传相关成显著水平(P < 0.05),均为 0.51。以 18 个月 时生长与抗病性状进行早期选择,综合评选 4 个优良无性系 ZQUC99、ZQUA15、LDUB96 和 ZQUA35, 其生长指标和抗病指标均大于对照无性系。尾叶桉无性系间的生长性状差异显著,且具有较高的遗传稳 定性。

Genetic Analysis on Early Growth and Disease Resistance Traits of Eucalyptus urophylla

Abstract:
In order to select clones with fast growth and disease resistance, 70 clones of Eucalyptus urophylla were used as materials, and the genetic parameters of the 6-month tree height (H6), 18-month-old chest diameter (D18), volume at 18 months (V18) and disease resistance index (C18) at 18 months were estimated by mixed linear model, and comprehensive index selection method was used for the early selection of 18-monthold clones of E. urophylla. The average values of H6, D18, V18 and C18 were 2.10 m, 5.03 cm, 1.06 cm3 and 0.66, respectively; The variance components of clones for H6, D18, V18 and C18 were extremely significant. The genetic variance components ranged from 0.05 to 0.68, and the environmental variance components ranged from 0.06 to 0.80. The clonal repeatability ranged from 0.76-0.90, and the individual repeatability ranged from 0.18-0.58, respectively. The results indicated that most traits of E. urophylla clones were affected by genetic factors as well as environmental factors. The phenotypic and genetic correlations between growth traits was significant, which were more than 0.55. There was no significant phenotypic correlation between growth traits and resistance traits, while a significant genetic correlation was observed between C18, D18, and V18, which both were 0.51. Four superior clones ZQUC99, ZQUA15, LDUB96, and ZQUA35 were comprehensively selected by early selection of growth and disease resistance traits at 18 months, and their growth indexes and disease resistance indexes were higher than those of the control clones. The growth traits of Eucalyptus urophylla clones were significantly different and had high genetic stability.
