4个菊花品种对干旱胁迫的生理响应及抗旱性评价

摘要:
以国内常见的 4 个菊花 Dendranthema morifolium 栽培品种为试验材料,研究干旱胁迫下不同品种菊花的抗旱能力。结果表明:干旱胁迫下,4 个菊花的气孔面积差异不显著,气孔密度、叶片厚度、栅栏组织和角质层厚度存在着显著差异,叶片总含水量、自由水含量、相对含水量和束缚水含量也存在显著差异。随胁迫强度的增加,叶片质膜透性持续增大,而叶绿素含量持续下降,4 个菊花品种叶片内过氧化物酶的含量都随着干旱胁迫的增加呈现先升高后降低的趋势,“梦幻”的 MDA 含量在干旱胁迫下的变化不大,“红星”、“雪雁”、“落金钱”的 MDA 含量一直增加。隶属函数法综合评价 4 品种菊花抗旱性大小顺序为“雪雁”>“落金钱”>“红星”>“梦幻”。

Physiological Response and Drought Resistance Evaluation of Four Dendranthema morifolium under Drought Stress

Abstract:
In order to study the drought resistance characteristics of different Dhrysanthemum morifolium, 4 varieties of D. morifolium "Menghuan", "Hongxing", "Xueyan" and "Luojinqian" were used as experimental materials. Normal water supply FA ( 70% to 75% of field water holding capacity), mild drought LD ( 50% to 55% of field water holding capacity),and severe drought SD (40% to 45% of field water holding capacity) 3 water treatment gradients to treat the material. The physiological and biochemical indexes such as exosmosis rate of cytoplasm, content of malondialdehyde (MDA), activities of super-oxidedismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD), and the relative chlorophyll contents were measured, drought tolerance of four Dendranthema morifolium cultivars (“Xueyan”, “Luojinqian”, “Hongxing”, “Menghuan”) under drought stress was evaluated with subordinative function. The result shows that the stomatal density, blade thickness, palisade mesophyll thickness and cuticle thickness were very significant difference between the 4 varieties of D. morifolium under drought stress, no significant difference with area of porosity. The total leaf water content, free water content, bound water content and relative water content were very significant difference between the 4 varieties of D. morifolium. With the degree of drought stress increase, the cell membrane penetrability of different species increased continually, while the chlorophyll contents were decreased gradually. The peroxidase initially increased and then decreased during strong drought. The MDA content of “Menghuan” had little change under drought stress, but the MDA content of “Hongxing”, “Xueyan” and “Luojinqian” kept increasing under drought stress. The drought tolerance of four chrysanthemum cultivars is in the following order: “Xueyan”, “Luojinqian”, “Hongxing”, “Menghuan”. The results provide theoretical basis for the selection of drought-resistant chrysanthemum varieties.
