广东湛江红树林国家级自然保护区昆虫多样性研究

广东湛江红树林国家级自然保护区昆虫多样性研究

摘要:

2019—2021 年，采用路线踏查和定点监测的方法调查了湛江红树林自然保护区高桥站、东海岛、特呈岛 4 个区域的昆虫种类和数量，并分析保护区内昆虫群落多样性。每 3 个月进行一次调查，共捕获昆虫 8 495 头，涉及 12 目 78 科 164 属 184 种。Margalef 物种丰富度指数 d、Simpson 物种优势度指数 D、Shannon-Wiener 多样性指数 H′ 及 Pielou 均匀度指数 J 分析结果表明，保护区域内昆虫类群多样性丰富，其中蚁科 Formicidae、蚊科 Culicidae、摇蚊科 Chironomidae 和白蚁科 Termitidae 为优势科。4 个调查点间昆虫物种相似度均低于 0.5，表现为中等不相似。

Abstract:

In order to evaluate the diversity of insect in Zhanjiang Mangrove National Nature Reserve, Gaoqiao, Techeng island and Donghai island were selected and 4 areas were chose to survey the insects species and quantity from 2019 to 2021 every 3 months by route inspection and ffxed-point monitoring. 8 495 specimens belonging to 184 species, 164 genera,78 families of 12 orders were collected. Diversity analysis with Margalef index (d), Simpson index (D), Shannon-Wiener index(H′) and Pielou index (J) showed that the diversity of insect groups was rich. The dominant family were Formicidae, Culicidae, Chironomidae and Termitidae. The similarity indexes of the 4 investigation areas were lower than 0.5 showed that the species dissimilarity was moderate.
